Raymond helped me diagnose an issue I was having with the plasma cutting function of my MP200 machine. Throughout the entire process he was able to provide helpful answers with pictures/videos to direct me on how to diagnose my machine. Very responsive, never waited more than 24hrs for a response. Ended up having to get a replacement unit but again, Raymond was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. Very impressed by YesWelder customer service never felt stressed about the situation. I would definitely recommend their products based off this interaction.

Raymond was quick to respond and help me resolve my thought problem I was to fast not realizing it was coming from 2 different deliveries. I was like a kid at Christmas ready for my new tool . Thank you Raymond for being fast to help

I spent a week trying to upgrade my DP200, with different downloads. Why the other downloads wouldn't work is beyond me. I sent a text to customer service asking for a little help and a few minutes later, Ana in customer support, sent me the most recent updates and they worked great.

Had an issue with a helmet that I had purchased. Reported my concerns and had a response within hours. Replacement was received within 3 days- can’t ask for a better customer service. Thank you Ana.

Bought a mp200 which was a very versatile machine but ended up having a bad board issue down the road. ANA with customer support was a great help on identifying and giving me a solution to my problem. Would purchase again just because I know she will help if I ever have issues

I had an issue after the filmware update on the DP200 that would not let me select 100% argon when welding aluminum and Ana helped me with those problems which was my 8 gig USB. She suggested getting a different USB and I did although I really didn't think was that but what did I know that worked like a charm. Thanks Ana. And yes my Yeswelder welds better than I can LoL. Money well spent...

Their machine worked great for me for a long time, until I had an issue with it. When I reached out to their customer service team about my warranty, they were quick to get the problem taken care of. Can’t complain

Had a problem with my 211P, the feed rolls would not operate, Raymond at yeswelder took care of the problem, after him helping me do some diagnostic work, he sent me a new welder, cant ask for better than that

My welder arrive with a dead display and no fan. One call to tech support and they pointed me to the problem and it was an easy fix.

I purchased a CT2050 a few years ago and have loved all the features. Just recently had a small issue with the plasma cutter. I contacted customer service and Raymond promptly replied to me and started troubleshooting the issue. Raymond determined my machine had an internal issue and SENT ME A BRAND NEW MACHINE!!!! YesWelder is a great product, but I am now a life customer because of Raymond’s customer service!

Had an unfortunate experience with my first machine from Yeswelder. The machine blew out a capacitor when trying to use it. However Ana and Raymond were extremely helpful in finding a solution to my problem. They offered to send over a used machine for free even though my warranty was already expired. Very great customer service.
