I bought my son a DP200 for Christmas 2024 and after a short amount of use the screen got vertical lines and was blank so you couldn't see any adjustments that were being made with the control knobs. I emailed Yes Welder and got a response back the same day. They sent me some checks to do and if that didn't work to send them some pictures which i did since everything check out ok, but we still had the issue. Ana with Yes Welder was very helpful and shipped me a new control board and screen. I installed them once they arrived, and you can now see everything.

Yeswelder is a good honest company to deal with. I received my mp-200 in a timely manner and everything worked as it should. I had some questions about my order and Raymond promptly responded. He went above and beyond to help me out. I already loved their products but Raymond turned me to a life long customer.

I ordered a DP200 yeswelder and have been using it for a few months in a commercial setting. It has not skipped a beat and has been fantastic. After about a month of using it I started to get dust behind the display screen and contacted customer service about this problem. A fellow named Raymond helped me resolve my problems with out hesitation and sent a new screen asap. I love the product and hiw easy customer service was to deal with.

I have to say I am very happy with my experience with Yes Welder.
I ordered a TIG torch, foot pedal and consumables kit, this order was lost in the shipping world.
I emailed Yes Welder and received a reply from Raymond within 24 hours.
He checked my order and agreed it was lost so he reordered it for me. I received my order in 4 days.
Raymond was on top of my problem and took care of it very fast.
I can use my DP200 with my new TIG equipment now.
I give Yes Welder 5 stars and Raymond 5 stars for excellent customer service and support. Thanks to Raymond for a great job and a happy customer.

We received a defective 7 in 1 unit I called the company and went through process of elimination to see what was wrong and was working with Ana as the customer care person was really nice and understanding they sent me a brand new unit and told me to keep the defective one for parts if ever needed I thought we were getting parts to fix the problem but they sent a brand new one was really nice working with them

Recently purchased a plasma cutter from yeswelder and didn’t receive any tracking info so I emailed yeswelder and Ana was able to resolve the problem fast. Thanks again Ana the plasma cutter is working great.

Recently came across some issues with my 250 amp ac/dc tig yeswelder. Working through the warranty process with Ana at Yeswelder was very simple. She provided prompt and polite service and I had a new welder at my doorstep in a few weeks.

Awesome experience with yeswelder company I ended up getting the ywm-200 and love it the 4 in 1 is a great little machine. And the customer service Mr Raymond was very helpful and responded every question I was concerned and explained it all to make me feel at ease! Definitely recommend buying from yeswelder! Raymond with customer service will get you lined out!

Last year, I bought a YWM-160 (Mig/Stick/Lift Tig). I use it mainly for MIG welding. The quality and the welding is awesome! I like it very much. It's easy to setup and very powerful for a small portable welder. Apparently, it could be use on a 120v circuit, but I never tried because it is rated 50A at 120V, which I don't have any compatible outlet for. Anyway, I don't need this option though, as I have 240V available. So, my experience is only related to working with it at 240V.
Recently, a cable and a part of the welding gun got damaged. I asked if I could get replacement parts. I exchanged with Ana, from YesWelder support. She told me they couldn't provide those parts but would send me a new unit instead. No hassle whatsoever. I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't had to pay for anything and I didn't have to send back the other one. Also, I received the new welder very quickly, about 3 days later.
Ana provided an excellent support. Thank you so much!

Purchased MP200. I had an issue with one of the ancillary components. The issue was resolved promptly by Raymond, Ana and the support team. In less than 24 hours the issue was resolved with the solution exceeding my expectation. They provide the ability to talk directly to a person, backed up with email and texting services in resolving the issue. I'm convinced, Yeswelder not only builds a quality product but understands the importance for a strong technical and customer support team. Thank you Yeswelder.
