I have been a regular customer for many years. Recently I have received faulty products from this Company and the customer service has been terrible. No solution offered, no replacement, no refund, and a very long wait for replies! I won't be shopping here again.

Ordered a candle at £16 it said 'Arrives beautifully packaged with a FREE gift message' even had a picture of a package with a bow at the side where it said it, what it should have said was it will be in a plain brown normal package box with a bit of tape around it, the gift message was stuck at the end of the receipt, over promised under delivered, response received was pass feedback on board they have had my money so that's it, could have got just as nice a candle elsewhere which would arrive as advertised.

I ordered some Christmas bath truffles last month for a friend and when she opened them, the toppers have 'melted' and look truely awful.
Contacted the Yorkshire soap company to be told they should be kept at room temperature or cooler. They were kept at room temperature, so I asked where exactly they recommend to store them cooler than room temperature and I have had no response.
I've ordered presents a few times from them, I'm now wondering how many recipients have had the same awful looking product but were too polite to say so.
I chose the Yorkshire soap company for the novelty products they make. Not any more. Quality (and cheaper!) bath bombs are available at most retail stores.
If only I could add a picture to show how my friend recieved her Christmas gift. Couldn't be more disappointed.

The product is amazing, if you should ever receive it.... Placed order after receiving discount code due to pervious parcel being late, placed order only to receive email from their provided it had been rejected and returned.. Customer service have been great, but still no products

I've always enjoyed the products when buying from Yorkshire Soap's shops but I found the website easy to use and everything I wanted was there. That simple really. Good stuff, arrives fast!

I put a negative review in a few days and just wanted to adjust that review. I said that my parcel hadn't been delivered after 8 days. This was a problem with the royal mail sorting office and NOT the ' yorkshire soap company '. They have been excellent in their communication with me since I contacted them and the problem appears to now be sorted with royal mail and my parcel is being delivered Monday.

Absolutely LOVE Yorkshire Soap! We only discovered this brand in October on a staycation in York where it was provided in our hotel, and have since placed two orders and am already planning the third!! We have now tried the hand-wash, body wash, bath bomb, diffuser and candles. Yorkshire Lass, Mandarella & Almond Panettone are our favourites. I wasn't blown away by the smell of the bath bomb which was Cherry Bakewell, the botanicals overpowered the cherry smell, however the natural oils in it did make my skin feel lovely. We love the candles too, although have found that the 200g size is too small for the scent to fill our living room, but they do fill our downstairs bathroom/hallway delightfully.
We have actually said that we want to purposely plan another overnight in York just so we can visit one of the shops, think I would be like a kid in a candystore!

I've been trying to go plastic free in the bathroom for a while, but have been disappointed with the results I was getting with other high street shampoo and conditioning bars. Enter The Yorkshire Soap Company ! I ordered a shampoo bar and conditioning bar on an exceptional deal. My hair has never felt so silky. Both bars are lovely to use and lather up quickly and leave no greasy or sticky residue. I would definitely recommend.

I bought 2 bath bombs which arrived crumbled up. Contacted someone and was re sent the bath bombs but they arrived broken again. They need to use more secure packaging to stop this happening for the price and delivery i wouldn't expect this to happen.

Ordered a set of 5 glycerine soap bars - I find their scents to be really great and just strong enough! They feel lovely and last a long time. They were packaged really well and their clear wraps are in fact plant based and biodegradable rather than plastic!

As always, I am impressed with the speed of delivery - especially during the pandemic. I am also pleased with the quality of the products I have bought. I will continue to buy from the company, and won't hesitate to recommend it to my friends.
