Pendant très long temps, j'ai recherché un CRM qui répondait à mes besoins et qui soit simple d'utilisation et avec un prix abordable. Sur le marché il existe des solutions toutes très compliquées avec beaucoup trop d'infos non nécessaires, et les prix sont très excessives pour certaines propositions. Avec NOCRM , j'ai tout ce qu'il me faut pour ne manquer aucune opportunité ! Merci à l'équipe!
This CRM provides everything our company needs in a compact, web based tool. One of their strong points is their support response. I can place a question or a concern and have a response/solution back to me usually within a very short period of time - at my leisure (meaning I don't have to wait on a phone or be monitoring online text response.) I have used ADP, VIN Solutions, Rapid Response etc. These guys are perfect for what we need right now.

I've used a plethora of CRM systems, and hands down noCRM is the best option you have. Stop researching and doing free trials with other companies, you're just not going to find anything with the same customization and easy-to-use platform. Way better than salesforce aka failsforce!
We've been using noCRM for about 6 months now and love it! We had tried another, very famous sales management software, that ended up being an absolute nightmare to use for a small business. Unlike them ... NoCRM is very user friendly, gives you just want you need, and offers great customer support. I'd recommend noCRM without hesitation. It's excellent!
By far the best sales lead management software I have ever used. I have tried quite a few and have never been satisfied until I discovered noCRM.io. It truly has streamlined my sales process and enabled me to focus on sales rather than tedious data entry. The program is geared toward next actions and getting sales closed. Furthermore, customer support is top notch and new features are constantly added.
This CRM is extremely helpful to me and so easy to negotiate. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use source to track their clients.
I have used Daylite as a CRM which I like very much. I've switched to NoCRM because it's simpler and straight forward. I like the activities feature that we use to measure our sales staff success and base their bonus on.
We went thru a few CRM platforms before coming to NOCRM a few years ago. We have enjoyed the simplicity. That is the key. If it is too difficult, the sales force will not use it. I have always said you should own the CRM, it should not own you. It is a tool meant to show a sales pipeline, that is it. That is all we need!
As a compliment to the customer service department: they are the best group I have dealt with in business. When you ask a question, you get an answer.
I think we've all been searching for the perfect CRM. Platforms like ZOHO, Salesforce, Base and Pipedrive are very robust and offer the ability of unlimited customisation. I feel that this has distracted me from the main goal of sales. Find a prospect, build the relationship then close the sale.
noCRM differs from other platforms as they seem to understand the difference between suspects, prospects and customers. Most CRM's manage customers (the very bottom of your sales funnel), noCRM starts at the top of the funnel. There is a place to store your cold prospects separate from your database. Your job then becomes to make the cold prospects, qualified leads. noCRM then simply manages your follow up tasks unique to each individual lead.
I pay for the premium noCRM subscription. I never could justify the cost of other CRM's. noCRM will make me money by keeping my staff on track and focused. This is an amazingly well thought out product. You will not be disappointed.

in the beginning it was a difficult road with their software because the mobile app had a lot of bugs. Ultimately, the firm won its maturity and deliver a stable and reliable application. The helpdesk is effective and bilingual, which is exceptional for a French company

We have tried a few CRM systems in the past and abandoned each one due to the complexity. They discouraged users from entering data and using it effectively. noCRM has obviously recognised this and created a system that users soon see is of immense benefit to them in their sales process with no barrier to use. Support has been good. I would like to see a bit more functionality in the mobile app especially related to prospecting and have put this forward as a suggestion. With our sales team on the road they rely heavily on the mobile app so it does need to have all the functionality of the web app. I suspect that they will address this as I have seen constant improvement of the system.
Have used several CRM's all of which were complicated and included a bunch of fields that were not needed. This CRM is simple and you can include as much or as little information as is needed for each individual lead. I love the fact that it defaults on To Do so that nothing gets lost.
Covers all areas of the sales process. Good reminding so I do not have to worry. Flexible. Integrates excellent wit API and Zapier. JUst works. I looked high and low for the program to handle leads and prospects and this one finally allowed me to get some sleep ...
