I have worked with multiple CRM platforms in the past, and I have researched even more that I haven't used. When I found noCRM, I felt like the software might be too good to be true. Six months later, I have yet to be disappointed. The platform is easy to use and cuts out a lot of frustration that are inherent with some of the "clunkier" platforms out there. Further, I really enjoy that all of the data is neatly tracked if you take advantage of the features correctly. Finally, the pricing is very reasonable, and that's always a plus. I would recommend noCRM to anyone looking for a solid sales-based CRM.

This is an absolutely gorgeous tool to use and geared towards sales! We are able to empower our team with the tools and integrations they need to drive our message out to the world efficiently.

We have been using NoCRM for four years for our international drinks distribution business. We tried a number of the mainstream CRM brands before and found the cost and complexity prohibitive. NoCRM delivers the perfect combination of power and lightweight flexibility and the support is excellent with personal replies to enquiries usually within minutes. We have built a business thanks to NoCRM and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We are a small business and have searched extensively for a CRM that would work with our small staff. We were oversold big programs before that we so difficult to use. This program, noCRM.io is the best thing ever. My entire staff of 3 uses it and loves it. It's simple, to the point, and extremely effective. You don't need expensive programs that have too many bells and whistles and designed for large corps. THIS IS what you are looking for!

Es una excelente herramienta de trabajo para gestionar las ventas de la empresa de una manera profesional. El software nos ha permitido mejorar los resultados de ventas por múltiples razones: no se pierde tiempo haciendo informes, no se pierde tiempo llenando formularios con datos inútiles, todos los días sabemos los resultados de la gestión de ventas porque el software nos lo envía al correo electrónico y nunca se nos olvida que hay pendiente con cada uno de nuestros clientes. Si quieres llevar las ventas de tu empresa a otro nivel es super recomendado.

O sistema é muito simples de usar, muito intuitivo e muito prático. Ele controla muito bem o pipeline de vendas.

Pontos positivos:
* A facilidade para criar um lead e dar inicio ao processo de venda. Não é necessário preencher infindáveis campos como em CRMs tradicionais. * Os relatórios são bons, na última versão melhoraram muito, porem ainda deixa um pouco a desejar.
* Tem ótimas integrações com outros sistemas.
* Etiquetas permitem classificar os leads/clientes de qualquer maneira

Pontos negativos:
* Controle de pós venda
* Múltiplas vendas para o mesmo cliente

A única coisa que deixa a desejar é o controle de vendas para clientes já existentes. É possível controlar um processo de venda para um cliente já existente mas acho que poderia melhorar bastante nesta área.

O controle de pós venda não é automatizado. Eu gostaria de ver algum tipo de tarefa de pós venda dentro do próprio sistema.

Es concreto y directo. Lo utilizo para administrar mis pacientes en una Clínica Dental para reactivaciones y seguimiento luego de culminación de tratamiento.

Impecable complemento para la gestión diaria de nuestras operaciones comerciales. Ágil, dinámico y con una interfaz muy amigable.

Outil facile à prendre en main. Rapport quotidiens. Complet.

Un outil très complet, d'une grande utilité au quotidien pour la TPE que nous sommes. Quelques améliorations restent à apporter toutefois pour répondre parfaitement à nos besoins, mais je ne doute pas que cela soit fait rapidement.
Bravo à l'équipe d'assistance très réactive et efficace.
