So much fun and really kind

I somehow missed the communication about my daughter's writing hence it was not published. This piece meant a lot to my daughter so I requested if anything could be done to publish it. The team here was absolutely amazing to check for solution and they will publish in next edition. I am so looking forward to seeing her poem in the book. Thank you as this was a very important piece for my daughter.

Exceptional customer service by Gemma. Kept me informed throughout my queries, with the expected response and courtesy. Thank you Gemma, for seeing to the correction of my son’s name in the book and sending as the amended version. We appreciate your time, patience, and effort.

Lily Howe has been amazing! She reached out to us to see if we had received our copy from school, which we hadn't, and sorted out delivery to our home. She has kept in touch throughout the whole process and has been extremely helpful and provided excellent customer care! Our book finally arrived today! Thank you so much again for all your help Lily
