Amazing company from initial call to the office with Kat. Right through to the survey and knowledge of the surveyors. We had the damp treated 18 months ago by another company which came back. Your Damp Specialits corrected all the work and done more. What impressed me the most was the thermal imaging camera and technology they used, pin pointed all the damp in all the right areas and saved me a fortune in against other quotes I had stating damp when in fact there wasn’t any there. Very congruent company and very honest and could have took me for a lot more money.

I can’t recommend Your Damp Specialists Ltd highly enough. From the very first contact, they were incredibly responsive and professional, and their level of knowledge really stood out compared to others I’d spoken to. The whole service from start to finish was outstanding — clear communication, honest advice, and a friendly, reliable team.

What really impressed me was the value. I’d always assumed sole traders would be cheaper, but in reality most were actually more expensive than this proper company. Not only did Your Damp Specialists provide a far more competitive price, but they also offered far greater expertise and peace of mind.

They used thermal imaging technology to precisely identify where the damp was — something other companies completely missed. In fact, a couple of others had wrongly told me there was damp in areas where there wasn’t, which would have cost me thousands in unnecessary work. Thanks to Your Damp Specialists, I avoided all that hassle and expense.

The team was brilliant throughout, and I have to give a special mention to Kat in the office, who made everything run smoothly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Overall, a fantastic experience — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with damp issues.

They’re nice guys. Explained the procedure from start to finish, they even explained what happens next. Very knowledgeable in what they do. They even done a good job tidying up after themselves.

I was absolutely dreading having this job done but I had great communication with the office and the workforce completed the job in 2 days with no fuss and cleaned up as they went along I can't thank them enough, a fantastic job. 👍

This company carried out a damproofing job on my bedroom wall and ceiling edge , i was assured that the damp would never return , eight months later it has reappeared on the ceiling edge , numerous calls to the company and promises of coming to inspect the problem (which is guaranteed for 20 years !!!!) have come to nothing not what i would call a professional company . Would not recommend them to anyone .
