Your Man With A Van - Franchise レビュー 

The driver washed his bald head in my kitchen sink.
The driver couldn’t follow instructions to my flat so I had to meet him elsewhere and direct him from the high street to my property.
He was 2 hours late due to an admin issue. Couldn’t lift half the things and so I ended up helping for most of the items.
The driver complained that the water I offered him was warm. He filmed in my house which made me feel really insecure (solo female).
Don’t use this company, you’d be better off hiring a van.

We used the Dorset one and they were brilliant. Arrived when they said they would, friendly and helpful, took great care with our possessions and delivered everything to a tricky location with limited access. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

We bought a sofa off marketplace and needed it moved. They were quick responsive and professional. We would definitely use them again.

We had a issue with this companie 'Your Man & Van' vans which was very aggressive driving and was tailgating us. We were very intimidated and pressured to go above the speed limit.
We was able to catch the company name, and we felt it was right to inform yourselves. I am glad my belongings was not inside that removals vehicle van .

A truly remarkable effort for my move today from Carl and Jay. Thank you so much they handled all my stuff with such care and most of all surviving the move from a 3rd floor flat no lift! Thank you again so much definitely was one big stress taken away.

Used Carl and Reece to move us whom gave us a good quote..handled all the realy heavy stuff with ease..very polite and prompt would highly recommend them for friends family in future we'll done and thankyou again!..

A Your Man with a Van vehicle dangerously cut in front of me without indicating and we nearly crashed. I would not trust this company with your belongings.

Edit in response to company's reply: your vans represent your company and this is a worrying lack of accountability. You feel it is harsh but reviews are an important incentive for companies to take responsibility for poor quality service and improve their practice.

Had Jamie help with a move and he was prompt, polite and very helpful with things. 10/10

They delivered a fridge ftom my late dad's house to my flat and it was done with speed but carefully.

The guys were nice and friendly but a couple of problems that need pointing out
1. They were an hour late
2. There was no card machine, meaning transfer from my account to theirs. A card machine should be standard. For these reasons four stars, not five.

Chris and Alex were great. I needed two large items of furniture collected from 2 different locations and then delivered to myself. The guys called me along the way to let me know how they were getting on and their ETA. They were very accommodating in getting the pieces in the right place, once in our house. My initial communication with the office team, was also first class.. i was very impressed.

I called a few companies that weren't helpful at all they said one price then added an extra £50 for a 2 man job AND then another £50 because I was on the 1st floor!!!a friend recommended this company WELL I'm lost for words I'd like to thank Rob and his team for an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE nothing was a problem happy smiling and a great price too!!I'm moving home next year I will definitely be using YOUR MAN WITH A VAN!!Marie

Great service, quick, helpful and kind. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Just used Lewis and the team for the first part of my office move and was very pleased with the service. Friendly staff and they took great care of the furniture, ensuring it was well packed and safe for travel. Price was very competitive too which means I'll be using them for the last part of the move too. The whole team were very efficient and not scared of hard work!

Friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make a move as easy as possible, used these guys twice last year and wouldn't use anyone else next time

Mark and the team were superb. Very professional, accurate assessment about how many van loads, perfectly packed and everything was handled with care. They made the move day so much less stressful. Couldn't recommend them enough.
