They took a fee for my refund before


They took a fee for my refund before tax had been deducted Dirty trick . Fees are a quarter. Beware do not use this company!!!!!!

I refer you to the Terms of Engagement, that you signed to confirm you had read and accepted, specifically the following...

1.6 “Compensation” means the total of any sums reasonably offered by the Company as a result of a Claim, including but not limited to, tax deductions, gestures of goodwill, interest, reductions in borrowing and/or arrears, and repayment of premiums

This clearly defines what compensation is, and that the fee is chargeable on the overall award.

Further, it is also clearly explained, both within the compensation award letter and the email sent to you, how you can recover the tax deduction from HMRC.

One PPI policy sold, one offer of compensation, 100% record.

We would encourage customers to read and understand information that is sent to them, and to contact us if they are unsure of anything.

Horrendous.!!!

Horrendous.!!!! Never received terms and conditions in claims pack and blindly sent application.I was constantly asked for more information even though I had no more ...and because they made no money out of me, I have since been harassed, been awarded a CCJ and now have had to go to financial ombudsman as they are threatening a further monthly charge of over £400 just to trace me every month!! I lost my partner last year and am left alone with our four year old as a single mum and am now also awaiting surgery within the next few weeks due to growths removed last month. I do not need this rip off company destroying our lives further :(

You requested a claim pack be sent to you on 21st June 2018, by completing the online request on our website.

A claim pack, including the Terms of Engagement, was sent to you on the following day.

You completed the claim pack on 24th February 2019.

When completing the claim pack you signed to confirm you had read and accepted the Terms of Engagement.

We are at a loss as to why you would sign to confirm you had read and accepted the Terms of Engagement if indeed you had not.

Further, we did not ask you for more information, we asked that you simply sign and return a letter of authority in the freepost envelope provided.

You did not do this despite numerous reminders.

You guys and girls were amazing

You guys and girls were amazing. All the leg work was done for me. Customer service was fantastic and any queries were explained in full and with real zest for my cause. I was kept updated when necessary and i felt in the loop the whole time.

thank you for your help. i would not be able to get my money without you. i could feel you were for me through all process to get the money from the bank and you communicated with me regularly.
