They don't provide statements about your account holdings for any point before 2025. This is with an Account that existed since onetrading.com exists. I have been writing with support for a while about this, the answer is mostly: I am sorry, but we don't have that function. Seems to be a chatbot.

Trading Platform was down multiple times for timespans between days and weeks, during which accessing my funds was not possible. This was often during extremely sensitive dates. When the platform came back online, any orders had been cancelled by onetrading.com.

Quick response and approrpiate solutions

In general everything is ok and I am satisfied with the platform.
Due to a new mobile device I had to change the 2FA authenticator (for the 2nd time) which is quite complicated with the required video message by mail.
Other platforms are offering easier (and also save) possibilities to change the authentication from one mobile device to the other.

I didn't check this account for a while. For safetyreasons it was locked and my Cryptos were sold. Within 1 days after I took action I'm under controll again and the service was very friendly :)

Answer came fast. Always friendly and understanding and solves by problems step by step. Thank you for the patience.

Mir wurde einfach nach nicht Unterzeichnung der neuen AGB‘s mein Guthaben als Inaktivitätsgebühr eingezogen. Das finde ich nicht sehr seriös, ich kann die Platform auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schnell und effizient

Würde am liebsten 0 geben. Guthaben wird zwangsenteignet.
Vergesst langfristige Anlagen wo man auch mal länger nicht in den Account schauen muss. Die haben die AGBs geändert und wenn mans innerhalb von ein paar Wochen nicht bestätigte wurden alle Assets automatisch verkauft. Bei einem komplett verifizierten Account! Das ist ja schon schlimm genug ABER dann werden noch 10€ PRO MONAT an Nutzungsgebühr automatisch abgezogen. Andere Börsen zahlen Zinsen für nicht investiertes Geld. Nutzungsgebühr für einen Account der ja gerade nicht genutzt wird und nur noch Cash im Wallet hat 🤔.
Somit sind von 100$ an automatisch verkauften Assets nurnoch 10$ übrig, ohne dass man etwas davon mitkriegt, wenn man sich nicht zwischenzeitlich einloggt. Das ist reiner Betrug/Scam oder wie man es nennen mag.
Der Support war das Einzig anständige an der ganzen Plattform. Durch diesen weiß ich nun wenigstens wo das Geld hin ist. Auf der Seite selbst kriegt man darüber keine Auskunft. Lediglich in dem Dokument über die Transaktionen im Acc kann man sehen, dass irgendwas abgeflossen ist aber weder wohin, noch wofür.
Also lasst die Finger davon, wenn ihr euch nicht abziehen lassen wollt.

Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Einloggen. Der Service hat schnell reagiert und schon am nächsten Tag habe ich eine Lösung für das Problem bekommen.

Leider mussten von OneTrading erst Einstellungen aktualisiert werden, damit eine Überweisung empfangen werden konnte. Dieser Vorgang hat dann doch 4 Tage gedauert bis die Überweisung ankam.

After losing access to trading on Bybit in the Netherlands, I genuinely thought I had finally found a usable alternative exchange available in the Netherlands.

What a complete disaster.

I have never encountered such a poorly functioning dashboard or trading/chart interface in my entire trading career. Core features barely operate as expected. The platform feels unstable and unresponsive, and the execution delay is shockingly bad, worse than exchanges were performing over two decades ago. In volatile markets, this is not just inconvenient, it is financially dangerous.

I did not expect perfection. I understand that platforms grow and improve over time. But launching an exchange in this condition, and then charging fees that are outrageously high compared to competitors, is simply indefensible.

And to make matters worse: we are currently unable to withdraw funds from the account.

That is beyond unacceptable. When traders cannot access their own money, that is not a minor technical issue, that is a fundamental failure of trust and basic exchange functionality.

There is absolutely no justification for premium-level fees on a product that performs this poorly and does not even guarantee reliable access to client funds.

To other traders: save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the potential financial damage. Do not open an account here. Choose a reputable, properly functioning exchange instead. This platform, in its current state, is nowhere near ready for serious trading.

Man kann aber nur 2 Hochladen. Ergo keine Verifizierung möglich.
Man kann Ausweisdokumente für die Verifizierung hochladen. Geht aber nicht weil man das schon ein Paar Schritte vorher gemacht hat. Egal ob Ausweis oder Reisepass. Ergo keine Verifizierung möglich.

Screenshots verboten. Ergo Bildschirm abfotografieren was im Grunde selbe ist. Papier hat doch keiner mehr. Willkommen im 21 Jahrundert. Ergo keine Verifizierung möglich.

Wärend der Verifizierung muss man 2 mal seine Steuer ID angeben. Warum auch immer.

Kundenservice auch nix. Liest sich meine Mail nicht durch sondern sendet mir exakt das was die Verifizierung von mir will. Geht nicht auf den Kunden ein.

Kündigung nur über Supportanfrage.
