Daniel was excellent from the outset. For someone who didn’t have the first clue about mortgages, he explained every step to me in a way I could understand and kept me up to date through the whole process. Always on the other end of the email or phone when I needed him and would also take the time to check in to see how I was getting on with the house hunting.
