Customer service was prompt in addressing my complaint

This is dreadful moved to their website from another paid £1.69 for Access to football. they then took fortnightly payments for a subscription I had never asked for or wanted. To Be Avoided at all costs

Jeremy had helped me resolved my issue quicker !!
