Our YRH accountancy support has been incredible. They came and got up to speed really quickly and efficiently and were immediately able to deliver to challenging deadlines. Really impressive.

YRH's bookeeping service is excellent and it has saved me time and our financial information is now up to date meaning that I can make informed business decisions.

We have worked with our YRH controller for over 4 years now and the time she has taken to mfully understand our business and build relationships with all our key budgetholders has been fantastic and has les to the production of annual accounts and budgeting being sophisticated and accurate. I worked for YRH for 8 months.

It was a horrible experience.

Unprofessional, incompetent and aggressive - they lack accountability from the top down.

One of the clients they assigned me was lovely, the other was not. When things go wrong, that’s when you really see the failings in an organisation and YRH are no different.

YRH arbitrarily withheld money from me for work that I’d done. They had no process to support this and I ended up having to take them to court. They then ‘decided’ 😂 to pay me - two months late.

If you are a bookkeeper or accountant looking for extra cash, then I imagine (I hope!) there are more scrupulous agencies out there.

We have worked with YRH for nearly 12 months now and found them to be extremely responsive to our requirements and very knowledgeable in their field. Their assistance has been invaluable.

I have found YRH Finance to be responsive and skilful. Their diagnostic process was very helpful in clarifying where to focus and they have provided us with a part-time Financial Controller who is helping us build new, more automated systems for managing and reporting on our work. Recommended.

We have worked with YRH now for some time, and I can only praise the support we have received over this time. Communication has been second to none and several excellent results in a short time has put our business in a much stronger position. YRH Finance Team has left a trail of dismay and frustration in its wake at our organisation, and it is clear from the numerous negative reviews on here, that others have also had the same harrowing experiences. We find it imperative to share our ordeal with the hope of preventing others from falling victim to their ruthless and destructive practices.

Our encounter with YRH Finance Team was marred by an array of distressing issues, including not just generally low quality services, such as a clear a lack of assistance and incompetence when finalising our end-of-year accounts, but also later down the line, a complete lack of empathy and understanding when disengaging them after some financial difficulties, culminating in legal attacks that have been devastating to our business despite there being clear alternative routes that could have worked for both parties.

Almost all SMEs go through difficult periods during their lifetime, and when you do, you want to have partners that are supportive, helpful, and at the very least understanding. However, in our experiences with YRH Finance team, we had quite the opposite. Despite our efforts to engage in constructive dialogues, we were met with hostility, harsh threats, and even actions that clearly contradicts their supposed ethos around supporting SMEs causing irreparable and completely avoidable damage to our organisation.

Overall, if you take anything from this review - take this - There are a huge number of financial institutions like YRH Finance that you could choose to partner with, and I am certain that 99% would not only be more competent, but more importantly, more supportive and more genuine partners. If you are running an SME, take it from someone who also has, you never know when difficult periods are going to hit. And when they do, you want to be working with people who are understanding, ethical, and have at least some level of care about the well-being of your organisation. YRH Finance team are not this, and for that reason alone, you would be much better off engaging another alternative team, of which there are many.

I get their job done but at the end they didn't paid and ask me
make the payment of $55 to the agent for linking details.
It is NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

YRH a great focussed team of financial experts to help guide and very capable of managing your financial needs at all levels of finance experience. I am happy to recommend there services to any business needing financial support.

We have been working with YRH for a short while - there were some issues with our first placement - these issues were recognised and addressed by the internal team , and our new FC is great. They are proving to be a good resource for the business are focused responsive and allow us to spend time interrogating the numbers rather than producing them. A good business support service

YRH stepped in quickly when a member of staff left and they are still helping us now. Their flexible terms have helped us scale up & down as required. They always act very professionally and are very consistent in what they do.

After a little bit of a rocky start, we now have a superb Finance Manager helping us look after our accounts and the YRH team were really keen to help us find the right fit. Whilst it is still early days we are already seeing the benefits of having someone so experienced involved in supporting our business. We have big expansion plans that will require this experience and help us reach our goals. Would highly recommend!

We began working with YRH round about a year since we had began our start up business selling rosé. I was a desperate Co-Founder looking for Financial Support and real guidance through running & setting up a business and all the financial cogs and items that come with it.
With no background in finance and operations I first had a call with them and was very honest on how illiterate I was in this area and what we needed help with.
To cut a really long story short - we ended up paying a huge amount of money for two representatives to help sort out and tidy our accounts and to do some reporting. The work was so basic, and in fact - after 5 months we had to stop working with them entirely as none of the work they produced was worthy of their costs. I had investors ringing me up to express how the Management of Accounts were messy, didn't make sense and were showing financials incorrectly. You can imagine my horror and how embarrassing this was.
I tried to rectify the issues we were having with YRH - I even asked for the Financial Controller to be changed to someone who understood consumer products a little more. However we never even got to this point and instead stopped working with them because it just seemed crazy the money we were spending and the lack of support.
We moved onto one freelance accountant who has been *half the price* and developed Management Of Accounts and further sheets to support the running of the business and its been totally life changing!
I am sorry to say but YRH were a complete waste of time and money and in fact as a Founder they made me feel incredibly insecure and left me totally confused. The accounts were tidied up of course, but this does not make for the thousands of pounds we lost not to mention the time too. So many empty promises and I fell for the 'smart presentation and PDF they sent me with items they promised they would achieve and help with!'. To summarise out of 12 topics I think they helped us with about 2!

I struggled to make sense of my finances, and YRH has made all the anxiousness and stress go away! As business owners, we know our service and product, but there is always something we are not good at, and for me, this is (was!) the financial side of things. Now with regular support, everything is falling into place and my stresses are soothed and the business finances are looking great. I look forward to a long relationship with YRH - Thank you!
