Have worked with YRH for years and am quite pleased with the support offered by their team. Our finances are in good hands and leaves me time to focus on the business.

Like many owners of a small businesses we tend to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis, but that all changed three months ago.. I employed the services of YRH to handle my accounts and since then my life has changed immeasurably. I have a lot more headspace to concentrate on my business which is essential to maintain progress and my mental well being has also benefited enormously from the changes. The level of communication with YRH is excellent and in my view their service is worth every penny. Don’t just look at the cost, look at the benefits.. which are far more numerous than you might initially think. I wish I’d found them sooner!

Jennifer and a colleague met with us when we found ourselves without any accounting person at short notice. Within a week the 'right' person started with us for a day a week which Jennifer advised to suit our needs. That was pre covid, so in the 2 plus years our dedicated accounts wizard has worked flexibly with our needs, communicating on email and the occasional facetime call.

We have worked with YRH for many years now, and have had some excellent help and guidance. YRH provide the right amount of support to keep us working well, and have also helped us do more ourselves. Using their team has also been a very cost effective way of bringing the expertise we needed into our company

Our business had grown, and Your Right Hand has helped us implement detailed procedures and processes in our finance and accounts departments.

We now have the correct Management Information in place which has helped us scale up further with peace of mind.

Definitely a good option if you don't have a internal finance team

The YRH way is truly THE WAY!!!

There are reputable employment agencies out there who have been operating for decades. Your Right Hand Finance team (an Accounting Firm), entered the recruitment market last year.

They don't advertise vacancies on their own website but use others like Reed, Linkedin etc. They are very careful NEVER to say how much a role offers in terms of remuneration or the exact location. One of their latest jobs advertised is that of a Part Time Self Employed Finance manager in London 30/4/2020. (London is a huge city and one can't judge travel time or cost because a postcode is deliberately omitted). No mention of how much the pay is as usual. This is because they will judge how desperate you are and offer you the minimum so that they can charge their client the max and earn a fortune for their "placement".

My experience with them was very negative. A lot of the time nowadays a lot of agencies also regularly advertise fake, non existent jobs in order to collect CVs. Not sure why their vacancies tend to verge on secrecy in terms of pay and location because this is just a miserable finance role, not a highly classified Mi5 one.

What is an Accounting Firm doing peddling services as a recruitment agency anyways? The government needs to regulate the recruitment agency business urgently now to block agencies that don't have the expertise and stop have a go companies like these who have so many negative reviews on the internet.
