Still waiting for my order

I hope I get if before Thursday when I need it.

I placed 4 orders between 26th june and beginnig July. First one gone lost. Second one ordered the 28th hasnt arrived yet after 3 weeks.
Last 2 orders I can finally track them..but I dont know when they will arrive.
I ordered much before cause I must go on holiday and now risk they arrive too late and I wont have time for a size change.
Weird cause I often ordered from YC and never had any problem with delivery..but this time 4 orders 4problems..

I don't know. I've been shopping from you for years and I've noticed that the quality of the clothing and service has reduced. Maybe as you are a fast growing company some things are getting left behind and you need to to catch up.
Some of the things that happend to me in the last two years for example:
1.Ordered a swim dress and a dress. Swim dress did not arrive as It was out of stock. Dress, I noticed later had a tear on the breast area.
2. Late to get my money back, since refund was bounced back and only discoved when I communicated with you.
3.Last year, had to order same order twice since the first one was lost. If I remember well had the same problem with the refund.
4. The swim dress that I eventually got, is not worth it's money. It has no finish at the bottom. The shoulder straps do not adjust, and I feel a little to exposed in the breast area, but that may be my fault for not noticing how low it sits when I chose it.

Overall the purchase went smoothly, although after 5 business days I still have not received my order.

I bought the wrong size, because even though the website detected I was from Malta, it showed American sizing. Thought I was buying 9 UK but it was 9 American. Boots are beautiful and will be donated. Someone will love them.

I would give 5 stars but I had to drive all the way to town and back to pick it up. It would be much better if they were delivered to my house. The clothes seem ok, but not worn them yet.

Je n'ai eu que des soucis avec ce site de vente de vêtements en ligne. D'abord, je ne trouvais pas comment faire livrer dans mon pays. Puis, j'ai passé une première commande de 3 articles pour 116 €. J'ai reçu un email de tracking mais en cliquant dessus pour voir le suivi du colis, plus moyen d'accéder au site. Il y avait un problème de reconnaissance de mon email ou du mot de passe. Le helpdesk me demande de créer un nouveau mot de passe. Je le fais et j'arrive à me connecter mais dans l'historique des commandes, c'est vide. Je contacte le helpdesk qui me dit avoir, de son propre chef, annulé ma commande et remboursé le paiement.
Je repasse commande des mêmes articles, pensant que le pire est passé. Cette fois, le montant est de 104,40 €. Mais même problème quand je veux voir le tracking du colis. Plus moyen d'accéder au site.
Je demande une première fois au helpdesk où est mon colis : on me dit qu'il est préparé à l'entrepôt. Quelques jours plus tard, n'ayant aucune nouvelle, je repose la question et on me dit qu'on a à nouveau annulé ma commande et remboursé alors que je n'ai jamais demandé cela ! Maintenant, j'ai payé deux fois et je ne vais rien recevoir. J'ai demandé la preuve des deux remboursements.

Yours Clothing has a truly wide variety, especially for the curvier ladies AND the items are not just shapeless sacks. For this reason, You are my favourite store in, lirerally, the whole wide world. Once again I got wonderful additions to my wardrobe.
