Clothes are fine but the customer experience is horrible. From ordering to returning.
I can only order 2 items at a time because for some reason you can only buy for a specific amount of money - terrible for the environment!

The return process is horrible!!!! They hope you forget about it and will pretend that the refund “bounced back” 🤣 I have received the same lie already twice even though my bank informations remained the same. I work with webshops and never heard of refunds bouncing back.
Another lie I’ve received as reasoning for missing refund was “we haven’t received your package” - and this was after 2 weeks after I’ve received the confirmation email that they had in fact received my package. When confronted about it, “Jessica” or “Chloe” or “Hanna” simple closed my support case and never replied to my numerous emails.
I have never in my life had to pester a company to send me my freaking money back!!!!

I will be posting this everywhere I can. I’m tired of hunting you people for months.

This is a refund finally recovered in the beginning of August, for an order from 31/05 that was returned the day after arrival (between 5-7 June). Embarrassing!!

The clothes were exactly as described and the delivery was fast, even to another country. The quality of clothes is overall not very high, but well in accordance with the price. These are more of the "cheap and cheerful" type than quality wear to last a decade. The style is very contemporary, but I would be happy to invest a bit more to get better materials!

Great fit as expected but button broke on first wear.

I had to make multiple orders because the site had a limit on how much I could order for (about €200). This means when I had to return some items I will have to pay the return shipping cost multiple times because they will charge me once per order. One of the dresses I ordered arrived faulty, with a hole cut in it. I also noticed that more and more clothes are polyester, which is a fabric that doesn’t work well for me.

The clothing that arrived was as expected. When I didn't like the way one of the items looked on me (no ones fault, it's the risk you take shopping online), I attempted a return and the cost was $22!! Just to return one item. That was half the cost of the item!!! Flat rate shipping is generally $5.95 with USPS so I feel very ripped off. It's unfortunate because I liked the other items received but I will never order from here again in fear of the cost to return.

really cool, smart clothes in large sizes. the style ranges widely so there is something for everyone. the prices are to be paid. delivery was easy. will definitely shop here again

But products themselves - awesome. I got larger size, 3/4 were too big for me, but I adjusted them. 1 was purrrrrfect.

Problem with returning goods from Yours Clothing.
I have received a faulty return label several times and could not return the order. I sent it by post, paying for international shipping.
I returned the order in June and have not received a refund yet.

I am a curvy person and sizes are really a great fit. Material Fabolous thanks.
