Working with YourStuffMade has been such a smooth experience from start to finish. After dealing with manufacturers in the past where communication was slow and unclear, I was genuinely surprised by how easy everything was.

The team was always quick to respond, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. It never felt like I had to chase anyone for an update, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful.

The final product turned out exactly how I was hoping, and the quality definitely met my expectations. You can tell the team puts a lot of care into both the products they create and the experience they provide throughout the process.

J'ai été ravi de la patience dont l'équipe a fait preuve. Ils ont pu répondre à des questions techniques rapidement. Les rubans washi sont d'une belle qualité, j'ai juste était surprise par la petite marque blanche visible tous les mètres, la dorure décalée par endroit et l'impression décalée sur les bords. J'avoue avoir regardé chaque détails à la loupe mais je ne pense pas que ce soit réellement gênant vu l'excellente qualité du papier et de la dorure.

I’ve been using YourStuffMade to make enamel pins for years, and they’ve done nothing but improve. Last year I put in a large order of 6 different designs, and after a bit and back and forth working with their design team, all 6 of those pins looked amazing.

I’ve stuck with them for as long as I have due to how easy it has been to work with them, their competitive pricing, and how friendly their representatives have been. I plan to use YourStuffMade to make my stuff for the foreseeable future.

I made my first enamel pin with yourstuffmade team and they made my life so much easier. I have a limited knowledge about pins but they help me a lot in making decisions on how to make my design so much better as a pin! Can't wait for the 2nd pin design that I'll be doing with them again.

I was really interested in YourStuffMade, as I wanted to find an ethical manufacturer for my keychain business. However, something about their way of talking really put me off. It barely felt like I was talking to a human most of the time. The fast responses made me really skeptical, and the representative seemed to alternate between variations of a name. It didn't feel like a real human was reading my email - it felt like an AI was picking out keywords and completely and wrongly assumed what I was talking about (I asked to cancel a quote and it asked for an order number..? I guess it makes sense...) I did tell them I didn't feel like I was speaking to a human, and a rep (again, with a similar but different name somehow?) responded, confirming they were one, which did bring some form of comfort to me for a bit.

After I got my quote, I realized they completely ignored everything I requested. I'm just going to assume the quote was AI generated. I believe had a budget of around $30 for 10 keychains. The quote came back saying I requested 30 keychains...? (which ended up totaling to $104??) I had different hooks selected for each one and it only listed one. I can't entirely blame them if it was all a mistake, I was having a lot of trouble understanding how to fill out the quote, but it was just really strange.

In retrospect, it likely can all be chalked up to human error on both sides. I'm starting to read back and have realized there is plenty of reason to believe that I was talking to a human, but there's another part that really put me off.

This next part is a bit more subjective. Majority of the blogs and articles on their website feel like they were written by ChatGPT. They're also quite contradictory - one article talks about the anti-ai movement in an article that feels very.. ai generated, while another article in their about section ENCOURAGES users to use AI in the design process. For an "ethical" manufacturer.. this is a bit concerning.

I'm thrilled to have discovered this manufacturing company. As a small artist, it's often challenging to find partners who align with my values and meet my expectations. This company checks all the boxes for me: they provide high-quality products, operate with a strong ethical foundation, and prioritize environmentally friendly practices. They genuinely care about the artists they work with, offering support and guidance throughout the process. Their commitment to these principles makes them an ideal partner for any artist looking to bring their creations to life with integrity and excellence.

Very pleased with my experience! The communication was good, prices were reasonable, and quality control was thorough. There was a slight delay because they caught a defect in some of the pins and corrected it, and the shipping was very efficient, so I still received them in plenty of time to bring to DragonCon. The pins came out exactly as I had envisioned them. Definitely planning to order more from YourStuffMade in the future.
