As far as I'm aware I never signed up for this site. Cancelled it after 24-hours but was charged a few days later for a top-up amount. Went to the chat and they immediately approved a refund for the charged amount which was indeed refunded to my CC.

So although I wouldn't recommend this website, the chat function was very helpfull.

Ik heb al een review geschreven, maar nu moet ik zeggen dat ik goed geholpen word en 5 sterren geven aan deze club als ik mijn geld terug wil. Wat een rare gang van zaken. Ik vermoed dat ze daarom ook aan een hoog gemiddelde komen. Vraag me af of meer mensen ook echt geld hebben teruggekregen.

Premesso che io sono stata la prima a sbagliare - ero in un altro sito e stavo pagando delle spese di spedizione ingannata da campioni omaggio e per 2.95 euro mi sono ritrovata iscritta a questo sito youthdressup con una carta regalo di 15 euro ed il giorno dopo mi è arrivato e-mail che era abbonata e mi avrebbero addebitato 43 euro nei prox 3 gg se non mi fossi cancellata
Premesso io su loro sito non mi ero mai iscritta e mi ci sono magicamente trovata iscritta
Quando ho provato a cancellarmi il sito ovviamene dava errore tecnico e non potevo fare nulla per stoppare addebito
Ho scritto al supporto che da’ risposte non chiare e mi voleva troncare la chat.. ho detto che se non mi avessero cancellato sarei stata pronta alla denuncia .. insomma è un sito dove cercano di derubarti e vi invito a starne lontani
