I'm sorry I completely made mistake to review this company

i ordered metalic golden covercase of i phone 16 pro,but they sent me grey colour ,now want to return but no phone no is available,nor they have any email replied so seems to be a bogus company.

Comprou após eu cancelar. Não reembolsou. Não me atendeu. E quando atendeu aos meus emails já tinha se passado muitos dias, me disseram que não havia prazo para reembolso. Ou cancelamento das duas compras. Por fim, perdi meu dinheiro. Cuidado com a política dessa empresa, desonesta, atende mau, e vc poder perder seu dinheiro....

Quakche giorno fa ho scoperto questo sito e ho deciso di ordinare qualcosa, In tutto ho speso 30€ Dopo qualche giorno non avevo ancora ricevuto notizie sul pacco, tipo quando sarabbe arrivato o lo stato del pacco. Oggi apro il sito sul computer e scopro che non solo mi avevano dato alcuna informazione ma anche che mi avevano "rimborsato"ho controllato la carta con cui ho effetuato il pagamento e niente, li soldi non c'è nerano, Ho controllato nel sito, perchè li c'è una sorta di portafoglio virtuale E NEMMENO LI C'ERA NIENTE. Quindi io che devo fare? DENUNCIARE IL TUTTO?! Veramente che schifo. Non comprateci ammeno che non vogliate buttare via i vostri soldi

Estaba muy ilusionado por lo que iba a comprar, el paquete no iba a costar más de 100€ según lo acordado por el vendedor y por el mediador de yoybuy, acabé pagando 107€ (por todo) y dos dias después me dijeron que tenia que oagar otros 48€, sin motivo alguno. (Esto después de pagar el envío interno y el envío internacional) Y tras no más de una hora (no pagué el dinero estimado) me dijeron que no me lo podían enviar. De esos 107€ me han devuelto 38€. Una vergüenza la verdad. Me dijeron que me iban a descontar 18€ del envío tras decidir devolver el paquete, una parte de esos 18€ eran para el envío interno, y todavía no me lo han devuelto.a parte ahora resulta y acontece que el paquete no puede ser enviado de vuelta al vendedor, osea que esos 62 € que costó inicialmente el objeto se lo quedan porque si.

deficiente, pedi unas camisetas y me sale muy costoso el enviode ambas, juntas y separdas, me salieron mas economicas las camisetas que el envio, les recomiendo jamas volver a comprar en esta tienda, no hacen devoluciones de dinero, su servicio de atencion es inutil, su membresia es malisima, no dan buenos descuentos en sus envios, no tratan bien a sus clientes, prefiero comprar en shopee, sale mil veces mas economico, nunca volvere a comprar en esta tienda tan mediocre.

They will keep on adding fees. I ordered a few items worth 4.5 USD total, and I had to cancel because they wanted to charge me around 380USD for shipping to their warehouse.

Their initial quote was 170USD, which I paid, then I got a notification that I had to pay another 100USD because their initial quote was wrong. Other freight forwarders I know would have charged me 170USD to ship about 100kg or 1 cubic meter of stuff. 270USD for a 40kg package is robbery. Adding to that, they also only ship to the address of your payment method, so I don't have the option to ship to other freight forwarders once my item was with them.

Efectue un pedido el 3 de marzo y estamos a 27 y aun no a llegado el paquete, atencion con esta empresa es un fraude, he escrito varios emails y no los contestan y por telefono tampoco puedes acceder, lo mejor es poner una denuncia por fraude, para que les cierren la pagina web.

Absolut unmöglich, erst nachdem man alles bezahlt hat wie auf der Seite auf der Rechnung angegeben, wird das Paket an ein dortiges Lager gesendet und nicht an den Besteller, dann soll man für Produkte unter 15 Euro Wert, zusätzlich das Vierfache an Versand zahlen, die während des Bestellprozesses nirgends standen und man die Zahlung schon Tage zuvor abgeschlossen hatte.

Nach Stornierung wollten Sie nochmals Gebühren und erstatten den Warenwert nicht, dabei wurde innerhalb der ersten Woche storniert. Nach Korrespondenz sperren die Konten, damit man nichts mehr dort verfolgen kann. Ein Disput über PayPal wurde eröffnet.

Sou um jovem adulto que comprei um produto com vocês e fiquei satisfeito com o preço a primeira vista do produto em si e da taxa de envio doméstico. Entretanto, ao o produto chegar no armazém e aparecer o valor do envio internacional descobri que não consigo pagar pela encomenda. Para finalizar, duas coisa, a primeira que desejo meu reembolso por favor ( esse dinheiro faz falta para a minha sobrevivência), segunda coisa, seria mais como uma dica. Deixem claro para o cliente uma média de quanto o produto em questão deve pesar e calculem o preço equivalente da taxa de envio internacional, ou mesmo, deixem essas informações mais claras, como mesmo um tutorial a cada compra para garantir ao cliente segurança no preço de suas compras. Portanto, peço meu reembolso e que esclareçam mais aos cliente os preços finais dos produtos.

El servicio es realmente deficiente, compre varios artículos de tecnología, como todos indican acá, tuve que pagar gastos absurdos de envió, después de eso dijeron que había una diferencia en el peso y debía volver a pagar mas dinero, cuando la mercancía llego. pesaba 1.3Kg y en la plataforma de YoyBuy indicaba que pesaba 2.8Kg, es decir casi 2Kg mas del peso real, es un tipo de estafa. no compren en esta pagina.

Their website lacks professionalism, with item statuses frequently getting mixed up or failing to update accurately. Their pricing is overly expensive, and my warehouse experience with them was the worst I've ever had.

Untrustworthy company, they continuously add fees. They will refuse to return you item to the seller and try to force you to pay there fees or give up your item to them. I made the mistake of paying the fees to get my item, then the item never arrived. I believe this is there process if you order anything of value. Trying other buying agents, I’ve never had this experience with another company. Avoid and use another agent.

I placed my order with yoybuy, I used PayPal to do the payment, the amount was taken but the confirmation order step didn’t complete.. I try to cancel the payment through PayPal they told me to contact yoybuy and ask them to cancel the order and do refund since the amount already transfer to there PayPal account, I emailed them but they didn’t respond

Update: after two days they released the amount and do process my order

Achtung kauft nicht bei yoybuy sucht euch einen anderen Agenten wirklich! Sie betrügen so heftig und wie sie es machen ist schon wirklich sehr professionell und Geübt^^

Ich habe für über 600 Euro etwas bestellt. Darauf sind nochmals fast 200 Euro Versand und gebühren gekommen, soweit alles verständlich. Dann wird versendet und die ware kommt zum Verkäufer zurück. Dann wird behauptet ja kostet doch mehr Versand wollen noch mehr Geld haben. Mehr Geld war ich aber nicht bereit zu bezahlen darauf hin meinten sie nur sie geben mir meine Versandkosten zurück aber den Artikel behalten sie. Ich habe dann einfach 2 Paypal fälle aufgemacht dort zögerten sie alles schon über 4 Wochen raus mit ich würde lügen sie haben versendet bla bla bla am Schluss habe ich von ihnen eine 5 Euro Billig Handy hülle bekommen.... Naja letztendlich habe ich diese wieder zurück geschickt und mein Geld von Paypal wieder bekommen. Leute passt echt auf, die versuchen alles.

Leider muss ich YOYbuy erstmal eine sehr schlechte Bewertung geben, das Bestellen hat alles erstmal gut geklappt auch der Versand hat bis zum China Zoll gut geklappt, aber hier hatte der Zoll das Paket abgelehnt YOYbuy meinte kein Problem sie schicken es erneut los ich dachte mir schon das wird jetzt sicher klappen xDDDD, Naja das Paket wurde wieder abgelehnt und es ging an YOYbuy zurück man wollte mir es jetzt einfach ein 3x zusenden darauf hin habe ich mich mit dem Support Intensiver befasst sie meinten ja da sind Magnete in meiner Bestellung ich müsste nochmals mehr Versand bezahlen.... Ich habe extra die Versandmethode genommen, die YOYBuy mir empfohlen hat, jetzt war ich an dem Punkt das ich keine Lust mehr auf diesen Mist habe, somit habe ich dann einfach mal geschrieben ich möchte einfach nur noch meine Rückerstattung, darauf wollte man erstmal nicht eingehen, nach langem Hin und Her meinten sie ja ich bekomme die Versandkosten zurück aber nicht die Artikel kosten... Da dachte ich mir ok jetzt spielen sie aber mit falschen Karten und lasse das ganze jetzt über Paypal klären. Falls sich daran was ändern sollte, ergänze ich das hier.

Nachtrag vom 18.03-2023 Heute habe ich eine Kleine Luftpolstertasche von YOYbuy erhalten in der eine Billige Iphone hülle drin war.... Natürlich war auch genau die Sendungsnummer in meinem Paypal fall hinterlegt aber die Hülle war nie aus meiner bestellung ich habe für über 500 Euro eine Wasserkühlung bestellt einfach nur Traurig wie hier versucht wird zu betrügen es gibt einen weiteren nachtrag von mir wie Paypal entscheiden wird.
