TOTAL SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!
1) They put small extra costs everywhere,(that you can't avoid paying or they won't proceed with order).
2) They have a wallet where you can add money (with fees), or where they add money in case of a refund like in my in case, it does not go directly to paypal. From $80 the amount slowly went down to $73,80 "because of currency loss"...what has that got to do with me and my refund?! Seems they stopped doing that now, but have no proof.
3) Made me change to a more expensive shipping method after they reinforced the packet (said they wouldn't take any responsibility if I didn'do it - cost $5 extra)
4) packet was now too big for method I had chosen and had ALREADY PAID FOR.
5) booked a more expensive shipping method WITHOUT my explicit approval and told me it cost another $5 to cancel it.
6) WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY MORE THEY THREW AWAY THE ORIGINAL ITEM BOX TO MAKE THE PACKAGE SMALLER, MAKING THE COLLECTOR'S RESIN STATUE LOSE A LOT OF VALUE.
7) ARRIVED BROKEN, WITH PARTS THAT WERE MISSING, AND I CAN PROVE THEY SEND IT PARTLY BROKEN ALREADY!!

I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GET ALL MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE OF THE MONEY THAT WAS IN THE WALLET WITH WHICH I PAID A PART OF THE STATUE WITH. I'M DISGUSTED.

I am a marketplace seller in my country. I have been buying goods from China on Yoybuy for about six months now. Each of my purchases is accompanied by only pleasant sensations. Site employees redeem goods in a timely manner. If something is wrong, then they will definitely notify you in your personal account and send a letter by mail. From the last purchase, it turned out that the weight of the parcel was less than the system calculated, and I was returned about 3 US dollars, they might not return anything, and I would not have told them anything, but they returned them to me. Because of such work with clients, I like Yoybuy. I will continue to order my goods through them, and even after reaching a certain order threshold, the commission will drop to 8%, I still have a little more to reach this threshold.

First item arrived totally broken. Although it was a breakable item, the packaging was poor (no space between inner and outer box). As I really wanted this, even if I was not conviced about their service the first time, I gave it another try. First problem, just like the first time, I made the order paid for the item plus $1,89 domestic ship., (consider their fees are quite high plus YOU have to pay paypal fees). Then they tell to pay another $8 for domestic shipping...again? The item took quite a long time to get to the warehouse. $2,00 if you want photos taken. Now we come to the shipping. Only a handful of options, most of them too expensive for a 1,350 kg item, on which you have to pay their fees and paypal's AGAIN. They said they would take no responsibility if I did not reinforce the box this time (another $5...), but the box is now too big for the cheaper method I chose and tell me to use another one, which would cost me another $23! I asked to tell me how much this could cost me BEFORE booking the new method, but no, they have already. To cancel the new shipping would cost me another $5!! This is ridiculous and shameful!!  Be careful, the shipping calculator is only an ESTIMATE!! I hope they solve my problem. I can't afford this budget. Two stars only because they reply quickly.

YOYBUY, muy malos vendedores, mala experiencia y pésimo servicio al cliente. Hice un pedido por X€, los gastos de envío eran 2X€ (el doble), seguí adelante puesto que ya había pagado los artículos, después justo antes de enviarlo que había un problema con las dimensiones y que no era el peso previamente pactado sino que era 4 veces más pesado y que tenía que pagar casi 200€ de diferencia para poderlo enviar. Ahi fue donde decidí poner una reclamación con Paypal. A partir de ahí todo fué mucho más surrealista:
Me bloquearon la cuenta de YOYBUY impidiendome acceder al pedido para poder hacer capturas o comprobaciones.
Se pusieron en contacto conmigo para decirme que el paquete no pesaba lo que ellos habían calculado sino que era 1kg menos del que habíamos pactado con anterioridad y que me abonaban la diferencia de gastos de envío.
Que si quería un metodo de envío más barato (no me daban más opciones cuando hice la compra) que entonces me tardaría 2 meses y que me abonarian la diferencia en mi cuenta de YOYBUY (en vez de hacerlo en mi cuenta de PAYPAL), pero que eso lo hablabamos más tarde siempre que cerrara la reclamación.
Tenía dos reclamaciones realizadas porque fueron 2 pagos (uno de la mercancía y otro de los gastos de envío) el primero ellos dijeron que tenía razón y fallaron a mi favor, pero aquí viene lo más increíble, en el de los gastos de envío (recordemos que era el de más cuantía) aportaron a Paypal un numero de seguimiento FALSO que pertenecía a otro remitente de mi misma localidad.
Lo dicho, unos estafadores que lo que hacen además es totalmente ilegal.

J'ai commandé une figurine avec eux via Taobao avec comme matière du PVC. Le poids annoncé par le constructeur était de 2-3kg grand max et sa taille d'excède pas les 60-70cm de largeur/hauteur.

YoyBuy ont d'abord estimé un poids à 8kg, ce qui me paraissait encore plus ou moins raisonnable en tenant compte des emballages. Mais après que j'aie payé les frais de port (environ 200 USD), YoyBuy ont recalculé son poids et ont déterminé que ma figurine pesait près de 21 KILOS. Ils m'ont demandé un supplément de près de 260 USD !

Ils ont avancé le fait que les partenaires avec lesquels ils travaillent pour la livraison calculent le volume et non le poids "réel" du produit. Pour ne pas mentionner leurs noms, il s'agit de services de livraisons internationaux extrêmement connus et avec lesquels j'ai réceptionné des colis plus d'une fois. À aucun moment un tel calcul a été effectué sur mes précédents colis avec eux.

YoyBuy m'ont donc contrainte à prendre un service de livraison moins onéreux, mais aussi moins sécurisé au vu de la valeur de mon produit.

Malgré mes nombreux échanges d'email avec eux, impossible d'avoir une réponse claire sur ce qui justifie un tel prix pour la première option de livraison.

Je leur ai donc demandé un remboursement pour la différence entre la première et la dernière, en leur demandant de me rembourser sur mon compte PAYPAL et non en COUPON sur leur site.

Ils n'en ont pas tenu compte, et en plus de ça ils ne m'ont remboursé que 1/4 du montant final. Donc non seulement mon argent est totalement perdu (car je ne compte plus jamais passer par eux), mais en plus de ça ils font mine de ne pas comprendre le calcul et estiment avoir remboursé le montant exact.

À fuir DÉFINITIVEMENT !

Yo realice mi pedido desde abril de este año y sigo sin. Saber respuesta del seguimiento de mi paquete al ver tantos comentarios negativo me da miedo pensar que debería hacer que mi paquete ya se perdió.
