At Yorkshire School of Martial Science, we are dedicated to providing expert martial arts tuition in karate and kickboxing. Our programs cater to all ages and skill levels, focusing on many of the key benefits of martial arts including, but not limited to, greater confidence, more stamina, increased flexibility, mental resilience, weight loss, self control/self discipline focus/concentration, conflict resolution, life saving self defense techniques and the list goes on, in a nutshell, better physical and mental health. We pride ourselves on being accesible to individuals from school age upwards and families should you wish to train together. At Yorkshire School of Martial Science we believe in inclusivity, whether that's a Special Educational Need such as Autism or ADHD or a physical impairment.
