Falta de atención a usuario
Por motivos de enfermedad no pude acceder a un regalo que me habían hecho de una experiencia.
He intentado por activa y por pasiva ponerme en contacto con alguien que entendiese mi problema y me diese la oportunidad, aún pagando el recargo de poder realizarla.
Nadie se ha puesto en contacto a día de hoy comigo.
Resultado 200€ perdidos por no hacer nada.

Impossible de résilier mes services en tant que prestataire
Prestataire d'activités nautiques référencé par Yumping depuis 2022. J'ai résilié notre accord de partenariat par écrit le 10 mars 2026, puis confirmé cette résiliation le 1er avril 2026, en demandant le retrait de toutes mes fiches et tarifs. Aucune réponse n'a jamais été apportée, malgré une tentative de suppression via le back-office vendeur, bloquée en statut "en attente de validation" pendant plusieurs mois.
Résultat : le 30 juin 2026, soit trois mois après ma résiliation, un client a réservé un cours chez moi via Yumping, à un tarif inférieur à mon prix officiel, sans mon accord.
Un conseiller m'a confirmé par téléphone que "je n'étais pas la seule dans ce cas" et que la situation était difficile à résoudre. Je ne recommande pas cette plateforme aux prestataires.

Vas a camgear la experiencia, la empresa te informa de que no trabaja con Yumping y luego para recuperar tu dinero de Yumping, ponte a rezar. No se cómo no se protege mas al consumidor de este tipo de prácticas. Recomiendo contactar previamente con la empresa de actividades para ver si realmente trabaja con ellos. Y si no puedes contactar, no comprar en yumping.

We booked a 3 hour electric bike ride from Ile Rousse. It was a guided tour with Colin who spoke good English. He answered all our questions as we cycled to a beautiful medieval village of Sant'Antonino. There were regular stops to admire the stunning coast line and the peaks of Monte Grosso. Great photo opportunities. Colin was very informative about the villages that we visited.

I feel compelled to write this to warn you who want to book this tour or got the pilot Manuel Morales assigned as your instructor.
I booked a 50 min flight for €310.
The communication with Manuel over WhatsApp and through phone calls have been very difficult as he doesn't read his messages / answer the phone. After many weeks, it was finally booked for the month thereafter at 9 am. He changed the time the evening before to 8:10 o'clock. While we were on the way to the airport (45 min. before the flight) he cancelled in an one sentence WhatsApp message. I told him we were already on our way, so arrived anyway. Plenty of planes were taking off, so I never understood his cancellation.
Than the person for who this gift was intended, could suddenly fly with Manuel. No introduction was made, almost none explanation was given from the start and Manuel speaks only Spanish.
The person doing this activity, was hardly allowed to do something in the plane, got no explanations during the flight and Manuel was constant talking to others through his headset. It was also extremely warm in the plane.
The timer in the airplane showed at the end of the flight 36 minutes: This is counted from starting the plane with the key to taking out the key at the end, which means the airtime is way less. I paid for 50 minutes and never got anything for the remaining 14 minutes (= €90).
This supposed to be big gift turned into a stressful, disappointing experience due to Manuel Morales lack of professionalism.

Tienen actividades que no están disponibles. Te dejan reservarlas y luego, cuando vas a ir a la actividad, no existe o ya no está disponible. En ningún momento revisan las actividades disponibles y las personas de soporte dejan mucho que desear.

A la hora de reclamar, dicen que te devuelven el importe, pero no es cierto, pagas un extra por el envío de paquete regalo que según ellos no es reembolsable!

SECOND AND FINAL UPDATE! (I would kindly ask the Yumping team NOT to contact me again, either by email or by phone.)
Today I received an email from Yumping's Quality Department. They wanted to know about the issue after seeing my initial review. I told them that the matter had already been resolved and that I would adjust my review once the refund had been processed, since up to that point the attitude and assistance provided by the customer service representative had actually been good.
While I was editing the review, as I considered the issue resolved after being told that the refund would be processed, I received a phone call from the same representative who had been assisting me (I should point out that the number she called from was different from the one previously used). When I told her that I was modifying the review, she said something that made me rethink everything. Her exact words were:
"If you delete it or edit it, I can process your refund today."
This made me wonder: had it always been within their power to solve the issue immediately, but they simply chose not to?
Since my money was at stake, I agreed and changed my review to 3 stars. Shortly afterwards, I received another email stating that the Quality Department usually checks whether reviews have been removed or changed to 5 stars. Wanting to ensure the matter would finally be resolved, I changed my review to 5 stars and informed them. They replied saying that they had received and seen the update and that they would proceed with the refund. Less than five minutes later, the money was already back in my account.
I find it extremely disappointing that the handling of my refund appeared to be linked to the status of my review. It seems that the issue could have been resolved much sooner, yet instead I had to go through a long, frustrating and stressful process for no apparent reason.
Therefore, I am updating my review once again and restoring my previous comments.

After speaking with customer service, I was assisted by a very kind representative who ultimately offered me a full refund. Initially, she tried to find alternative activities, but these were located far away from the original area where the booked activity was supposed to take place, so I decided not to accept them.
Her personal handling of the case was very good. She remained calm throughout the process (even though I obviously was not) and was always willing to help.

I purchased a gift voucher through Yumping in March for a canyoning course. I redeemed the voucher within the allowed time frame and selected June 20th as the date for the activity several weeks in advance. The platform allowed me to make the reservation without any issues.
The day before the activity, I called the contact number provided to confirm the meeting time and location, only to be told that there was no booking under my name. I was also informed that the company responsible for the activity had already ended its partnership with Yumping, meaning that the activity could no longer take place.
I immediately contacted Yumping by phone, and I was told that they would try to find a similar activity in the same area and on the same day, and that I would receive an email with further information.
However, the email simply repeated what I had already been told over the phone. When I asked what alternative activities were being offered, I was told that this information could not be provided over the phone and that I had to reply to the email instead.
I replied asking for details about the alternatives and was left waiting for a response.
I find this unacceptable, especially because I was allowed to book an activity that apparently no longer existed. Then, when trying to solve the issue, the response times were extremely slow, despite the fact that I had been planning this activity for a long time. With only a few days left before the scheduled date, I had already booked accommodation and transportation based on those plans.
I hope to receive a prompt response and to be able to improve my opinion of the company.
