never buy from this website, they won't give you a refund for the items you didn't recieve

Won't be ordering to Europe from this seller again. They provided an incorrect address to DHL, which caused a refund delay. It took about 2.5 months to resolve.

The people that run this "store" are criminals and should be in prison. It's been 3+ months and they refuse to refund or even replace my order. These cowards keep sending generic, useless emails that either blame you as a customer, or DHL. Nobody takes any responsibility. Both Kanye and DHL should be deeply ashamed of this garbage operation.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with customer service. Avoid these criminals and buy something else.

Ordered 2 pairs of pods on 19th February , still not received and just get the generic response back everyone else gets when emailing them , worse thing is they are still advertising them as a 4 week wait if you order them on the site , I’m nearly at 4 months and they’ve not even been dispatched yet. Unfortunately, I can only agree with all the bad comments here. I have been waiting for my delivery for three and a half months now. In that time, I have only received one email from a person personally, out of several emails that I have sent. And that was only after about two months! I am still waiting for my delivery in Germany. Once and never again!

I paid 40 USD for a package for a SINGLE VINYL (I live in Poland). It turned out, a month after my pre-order YZY changed the way they calculate packaging prices.
Anyhow, they sent it 4 months after the order (in the meantime when asking about the order they'd answer days after sending an e-mail with a pregenerated answer).
It turned out, that the mentioned 40USD price wasn't even the full cost for the delivery and I had to pay extra 20 USD to UPS (and another extra 20 USD for tariffs/tax - but that I expected).

Trying to get a refund, but just like with any contact with that company - no response at all...

I love Ye West's music, but he clearly is a terrible at managing a company and they are very unproffesional. Worst merch shop handling ever.

I have been waiting for my order for over two months!
I only ever get prefabricated emails and empty promises when I ask!

From the moment I placed my order with YZY on 10/03/24, I've been met with nothing but frustration and disappointment. Despite eagerly awaiting my purchase, it's become abundantly clear that YZY's operational inefficiencies are causing significant delays.

What's even more infuriating is their lack of transparency and communication. Each time I've reached out for an update, I've been met with generic responses citing an overwhelming number of orders. While I understand businesses can face high demand, it's no excuse for such abysmal customer service.

At this point, it's not just about the delayed order but also about the complete disregard for customer satisfaction. YZY's failure to provide timely updates or even a concrete resolution speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and avoid YZY at all costs.

Man I’ve been a fan of ye work for a long time. But this time I’m very disappointed I made two orders been waiting since march. And they had told me they would cancel my order because their own page did not put the right address. Then someone from customer service reached out and asked for the right address to send my items and I provided that information. Then today I receive an email saying my order was cancelled. Horrible service and no communication from their end. Very very disappointing.

Ye took my money and ran with it. Put in an order 2 months ago it’s about to hit 3 months still no tracking number no email updates I even downloaded shop. Iv sent emails with my order number all I get is a generic email their at a high volume request.. can I get some real help

hello, it's been almost 2 weeks now, where is my order? how long should I wait? no connection to customer service!

Ordered the tank top in February, received it today (2 months later), ordered the biggest size as the website doesn't show any measurements. To say it's tiny is to say nothing. Probably will fit 6-7yo child. The print is very poor quality. The whole brand is proudly promoted as 20$ items but in reality they don't cost a dollar. Don't buy.

Ordered 7 items 2 months ago and still never received nothing

Multiple orders placed.
Pods received as expected. 2nd remains pending.
CD received early & cannot be altered thru digital streaming and sales directly to artist.
Apparel (5 items) slightly delayed arrival date from expected at time of order. Material and quality good. Items as expected. Sizes run on bigger side, keeping in mind style is already oversized.
Will order again in future.

Response time sucks and all responses are generic. Ordered it two months ago and haven't received one item or update on where my package is. It said items would ship in two weeks, why would they sell clothes for $20 if they could handle thousands of orders .
