What a great experience buying from Zak Learning.
Being from the older generation!! I struggled to get the download code to work, but a couple of emails back and forth with Kelly soon had the whole thing working properly

I wish I read these reviews - it is a pirate version, which worked for a month. Ended up going direct to Microsoft.

Hi purchased Home & Student Microsoft office 2019. Had difficulty downloading this package - got stuck on the first process to get code but finally managed to get. Followed next download but would not go past the dvd burn part. Emailed Zak but had no response yet. Do not purchase unless you are a IT specialist because it is complex.

I bought software and twice gave the wrong email, customer service was very professional and prompt, i would highly recommend Zak-Learning.com

So thrilled with this purchase and the help was amazing as I was being a bit of an idiot and deleted the email I was sent with the product key and installation instructions and they replied to my email very quickly and rectified my mistake. The installation instructions are very clear and precise

I bought MS Office 2021 Pro Plus from Zak Learning via a Wowcher. It is the last package I could get access to MS Publisher. It was a very good price and Zak Learning were very efficient and supportive. My knowledge of downloading programmes was limited and I needed extra help. For some reason the programme was added as a zip file so Fabian kindly helped me to open the link. I am very grateful for the help provided.

I bought a professional plus 2024 licence through Wowcher and I have tried installing the software but the licences do not work with the office packages and changing from my last licence. I have tried raising a ticket but we didn't get a solution.

Was good service from start to finish would recommend to anyone.

I bought MS Office through WOWCHER and the merchant was Zak Learning. Installed MS Office Home and Student but upon entering the product code I was told that the product is already installed on another device. Also looking at Microsoft site I see they are no longer support MS Office 2019. Emailed Zak Learning but have not had a response.

Zak Learning sent an email this morning giving me a totally different set of installation instructions which I followed but cannot get Office to work as an installation ID was needed - not supplied. Another email sent to Zak and awaiting response.

Signed into Microsoft Account, deleted all associated installed Microsoft software on my laptop (my mistake I had forgotten to do this) and followed the Phone Option installation from Zak Learning. I now have a working copy of Office Home.

Suggest that Zak Learning change their installation instructions to 'Use the Phone Option' and not he first option which results in Microsoft returning a "this product is installed on another device".

Prompt reply to emails. Issue resolved immediately. Very efficient. Highly recommended.

I initially purchased a Microsoft Office product that unfortunately would not load on my system even with guidance from Zak Learning. When I contacted the company to cancel the order, they immediately offered me an alternative product instead. The replacement has loaded correctly, I just need to try it all out. Word & Excel appears to work as it should.
What impressed me most was their customer focus. Kelly Holland was helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to resolving my issue quickly. It’s rare to find a company that goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, but they certainly did. I’m very pleased with both the product and the service I received.

If you follow the instructions provided, no issues found. Tried a shortcut or 2 and did not work. Went back to beginning and followed instructions provided.

I have to say that although my requirements could not be fully met, the service and advice I received from Zak Learning was excellent, in particular from Fabian. Thank you.

I don’t use my computer very often, but about three months ago I used ZAK Learning to get Office 365. Everything was working perfectly at the time. However, after not using my computer for a while, I recently turned it on and found that the software was no longer working.

I emailed ZAK Learning on Sunday night asking for help, and by Monday morning I had a very helpful response waiting for me. They clearly explained what they thought had gone wrong (me not following the instructions right) and provided simple, step-by-step instructions on how to fix it.

I followed their instructions, and it worked perfectly! I’m really impressed with their fast response and how easy they made it to solve the issue. Excellent customer service – would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with getting my purchased software to work properly and it was causing me no end of stress - fearful of permanently losing the software somehow, or not being able to progress with the extensive file creations to date.
I emailed the Support team and got a response incredibly quickly.
No amount of stupid questions and step by step checks with screenshots were too much bother. Fabian was unbelievable - very patient, clear in the guidance, and I was treated courteously and respectfully, and at no time like the luddite I am.
The super-speedy support and guidance I received when needed was such a relief and I'd recommend Zak Learning unreservedly. They'll be my first stop for future need / purchases.
