I started with this company in January and had no problems but this past month (march) they billed me on the 27th for my next dose.today it is April 14th and I have not received my prescription yet.When I try to message a practitioner it does not allow this option so I’m left with only the BOT option which is basically a dead end. I contacted in email what seems to be a person when I replied to one of the automated emails that my order was placed. I was told 5 days ago they have a lot of prescriptions and the pharmacy is behind. But now I am pretty late on my next dose and it is Frustrating to not talk to a person. No numbers to be found either.

They are always there to answer my questions. All questions are answered quickly. Very supportive customer service.

Zappy Health makes promises that they can't keep. The Dr. said that I would lose weight and I haven't lost a pound. Zappy needs to provide real medication.

Zappy Health is extremely easy to enroll in. They were helpful every step of the way & I knew within the hour of submitting my application that I was a candidate. As soon as I made my decision to start my journey the communication from them has been impressive.

Great prices and fast service

Update! I did finally receive my medication after 2 weeks. The communication and responses continue to be very delayed or non existent with this company.

I ordered from this company on 3/6. I ordered because it was the best price I’ve found. But I have not received any communication about my order since. I received a message on 3/6 saying my order was placed with the pharmacy and I would receive tracking information soon. I still haven’t received anything. I have sent 2 chat messages with no response. There is no number to call and seems contacting the company is difficult. I would take heed to the negative reviews as I wish I would have!

I had an excellent experience with Zappy Health! Maria responded incredibly quickly to an issue I had and had everything resolved in less than 24 hours. The customer support is outstanding—fast, efficient, and truly helpful. On top of that, Zappy Health offers quick shipping and great service all around. Idiot bots run the place. Got anything out of the ordinary? Like you're already on Semaglutide so need to start Zappy at .5mg? OMG, you're in for a week of battling bots to reach something claiming to be human.

Next, you battle with the supposed human over contradictions in their boilerplate paperwork (they call it "customized" paperwork) that leaves you with no idea if they're actually sending the right dose.

Then you find out that the introductory deal pricing disappeared, replaced by a far higher rate. Zappy response to questions about that? Zero. By now you're so desperate to get the delayed drug, you pay the rip-off rate, figuring you'll fight the price hike later.

Meanwhile there's no way to schedule overnight shipping and there's no tracking number so you have no idea when the shipment will arrive. (A week later it still hasn't.) All you have is a credit card bill.

So how did these idiot bots earn 5 stars from anybody?

Please run from this highly unethical and dangerous company who's dr cares more about $$ than his oath or reputation.

They sold thousands of customers medication they advertised as being from a licensed pharmacy. Not only was that pharmacy not licensed but shut down on 1/31 for multiple offenses. Zappy instructed customers the meds were 100% safe, refused to refund or replace, has sent misleading info to find credit card disputes. The list goes on and on. They lie to people who bring it up, claiming the pharmacy didn't actually make the drugs, yet that wasn't the story until the truth came out and these other pharmacy's have denied it. Npr did a story on what a scam it is and there are numerous investigations going on. Please run.

Zappy has excellent customer service and the supplies arrive in a flash.

Zappy Health promoted weight loss packages of tirzepatide from "licensed 503A or 503B sterile compounding pharmacies." I spent almost $3,000.00 on medication that Zappy claimed were from Ousia Pharmacy, which turns out did not have a sterile compounding license nor the license to ship to my state. Zappy Health was never able to verify where these meds were sourced, and this pharmacy has since been shut down and relinquished its license after multiple infractions uncovered by the Florida Department of Health.

When this was exposed, Dr. Michel Bernard Choueiri (NPI# 1780991869) lied about the sourcing (later verified by other pharmacies he named), denied thousands of customers refunds or replacements, and insisted that the medication was "safe to use" while providing no proof of where the medication was from. He then withdrew his offer to test or replace samples of the product for purity to reassure his patients. Since then, there have been numerous reports of adverse events from using this product, at which point this doctor should have sent a stop order to immediately cease using these meds. He never did so, which directly violates his Hippocratic oath to do no harm. This lack of transparency and failure to inform customers about such a serious safety issue is negligent and unethical.

Instead of taking responsibility for this lapse in safety, Zappy Health's customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I contacted them multiple times about the unsafe conditions of the medication, but their responses were slow and did nothing to address the core issues at hand. There was no apology or effort to resolve the situation—only an attempt to deflect responsibility and seek remedy from the pharmacy.

As I am unwilling to risk my health and safety by injecting unknown substances into my body, I had to pursue a chargeback with my bank.

The process was very easy so far everything is as they said. Reading some of the reviews are scary but the pharmacy is Hallandale and they have board accreditation. Will update in a couple months. Customers need to read and understand the terms before spreading untrue reviews

This company is straight forward and simple. They offer good products at good prices. I have not had any problems with the website the doctors or the billing. I plan to continue using them as my weight loss tela health provider. You may notice the website to be bare bones, but that is what makes it so good. They are not trying to hide things in hundreds of pages you have to search. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a simplified experience with up front pricing. Don't get fooled by all the other providers that are popping up and using marketing gimmicks to wow you. If you want great service at a great price give them a try. They keep marketing prices down to pass along the savings to you.

Company refused to cancel subscription and continued to charge credit card. Subscribed for over 7 months and only received 2 shipments. Unreliable and entirely unethical.

They marketed their medications as coming from these licensed facilities, yet the pharmacy they used, Ousia Pharmacy, did not have a sterile compounding license. This is an absolute failure on Zappy Health's part to do their due diligence and ensure the products they were distributing met the basic safety and regulatory standards required for pharmaceutical medications.

Even more alarming is that Zappy Health never contacted any of its patients about this issue. Many patients, myself included, were completely unaware that we were being sent unsafe medications. I discovered the problem after reaching out via Zappy’s customer chat, where I learned that the pharmacy they used was unlicensed and had ceased operations. This lack of transparency and failure to inform customers about such a serious safety issue is negligent and unethical.

When I received my medication, I was appalled to find that it was not processed in a sterile environment. This lack of quality control not only made the medication unsafe but also contradicted Zappy Health's claims of providing sterile, regulated treatments. It’s clear that they put profits over patient well-being, which is both irresponsible and dangerous.

Zappy Health's lack of transparency, failure to source from licensed pharmacies, and disregard for customer safety and well-being has left me with no confidence in their services. I would advise anyone to avoid using Zappy Health and seek out legitimate, regulated providers who prioritize patient safety and adhere to industry standards.
