I had a very frustrating experience with Zappy Health’s billing and cancellation process.

I originally signed up on March 6, 2026, believing I was making a one-time payment. I did not knowingly intend to enroll in ongoing monthly billing. After ignoring later invoice and “come back” emails because I no longer wanted the service, I was unexpectedly charged $249 on June 15, another $249 on June 16, and another $249 on July 15.

I contacted Zappy on July 15 to dispute the charges and cancel. They confirmed in writing that my refund and cancellation request had been sent to their Escalation Team and said they would first verify that no medication had been processed. They refunded one payment.

However, the next day, July 16, I received an email saying an order had been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation. I immediately told them I had not ordered or authorized anything. Zappy replied that the shipment was being processed for earlier invoices, even though they had already acknowledged my cancellation and refund request.

I did not use the service or request this shipment. I am still trying to recover the remaining disputed charges through my credit card company.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Zappy Health.

This company did not send product nor did they send it. They are no longer responsive to my outreach. This company is a scam. I lost $300

100% Satisfied-Great customer service, easy appointments, great products. As a person who needs this medication and doesn’t have a normal situation this company has been able to help me and I am extremely satisfied. Pricing is a little higher than I would like but you get what you pay for. Tried a cheaper company and got horrible customer service.

At 51 years old, I honestly didn’t think I could turn back the clock the way I have — but this program has helped me in every way possible. I’ve lost a sizable amount of weight but It’s not just about the weight. It’s my energy, my confidence, my discipline, and my mindset.

My joints don’t hurt like they used to. I sleep better. I move easier. I feel lighter physically and mentally. And you truly can’t put a price on your health.

Their customer service is amazing — I’ve literally received responses within minutes. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been handled quickly and professionally.

This wasn’t overnight. It was consistency. And Zappy gave me the structure to stay consistent.

Best investment I’ve made in myself in a long time.

The people at Zappy respond quickly if I have a concern or need help.
The semigluten they perscribed and the dose is the perfect amount to keep my weight down and supress my appetite.
I wasn't obese, but I am down 10lbs which is very gratifying.

As of 2/9/2026 I am updating my review to report that Zappy Health replaced a mislabeled tirzepatide vial with the correct one and I do believe the error was on the part of the pharmacy, not done intentionally by Zappy staff. I am now satisfied that the issue has been resolved and I received the product that I ordered and paid for. Thank you Zappy customer service for working with me to correct the problem. ***Original Review *** Zappy was recommended to me by a friend so I completed the "onboarding" questionnaire and was accepted for the 3 month starter pack. I paid the upfront price of $987.00 and they immediately charged my account. Then they delayed shipment of the product because they said they needed to verify my identity. Hmmm, why not verify BEFORE ordering a prescription and taking payment? Anyway, I did verify my identity and waited another week for the medication shipment finally arrived. But the prescription medication in the box was wrong. The starter pack was supposed to contain month 1 vial Tirzepatide-B6 2.5 mg, month 2 vial Tirzepatide-B6 5 mg, and month 3 vial Tirzepatide-B6 7.5 mg --- I received a month 1 vial and TWO month 2 vials (both 5 mg) but NO month 3 vial. I contacted customer service and asked that they correct their error. They responded back that it wasn't a mistake. I emailed them again and they still refuse to correct the error. I sent them a copy of my receipt to show what I paid for and photos of the vials to show what I actually received. They tried to give me the run around saying I received what I paid for. NOT TRUE. Now I do not trust that the vials contain the product as labeled.

They respond to your needs in A timely fashion. No question is too dumb to ask.I took a 2month break over Christmas and got no hassle, and no hassle returning. They have been good to me!

I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received. I've only been on the injections for a short time, but if I have a question or concern, I just send an email and Khelly replies back quickly and courteously. I feel safe having her to go to.

I am unable to send my monthly questionnaire using my Mobile device, I am unable to reach customer service.

I started with another "Z" company and got more excuses than I cared for... so I tried Zappy. I do my online survey every month to let them know about my weightloss and I've received my injections every month. Flat rate no hidden fees, and the cost doesn't increase. This company is great and helps you every step of the way. Wanna good company to get weightloss prescriptions, go with Zappy.

I’ve been using Zappy Health for a while now. Their customer service is truly top notch. Every time I contact them, they go above and beyond to help me quickly with zero hassle or run around. It’s refreshing. I highly recommend Zappy Health.

I ordered my supply on the 5th of September. It’s now the 12th and they still have not shipped it. I noticed the dosage was wrong as well and tried to get it fixed before it shipped but they went out of their way to ignore my request. The shipping information they sent me said the label was printed but FEDEX doesn’t have possession of the package because they still have not actually shipped it. Very rude customer service and extremely dismissive.
