Stole my money.
Ordered 2 jackets. Their couier leaves the item on my door step in full access from pavement, not secure. Passer by lifts items.
Zavetti state items are "delivered". Refuse refund.
Now over £125 down, no jackets and no money. Zavetti refuse refund. Raising court action today.
Shocking compnay to deal with.

Ordered my coat Friday morning 28th November and arrived evening of 29th November was in immaculate condition overall really impressed.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a jacket from this company and the first one arrived faulty. I requested a replacement, and unbelievably, the replacement came mouldy, which actually put my health at risk. I asked for a refund, which I eventually received, and they sent me another jacket to “make up” for the bad experience — but that one was faulty as well.

Three jackets, three issues. Completely unacceptable.

To make things worse, when I raised all of this on live chat, the staff member completely stopped responding to my claim and closed the chat without resolving anything.

This company has zero quality control and even worse customer service. I will never order from them again

Brought a coat from this company item got lost on the way and took month to get it then when I did it had a hole in sleeve hidden underneath near a button on coat when informing them they said ok please send item back to us to investigate the item and your get refunded or replacement as which ever you want so I was thinking ok problem solve then weeks later after no information updates and lots of calls were staff didn't know we're the return was but said it was with them 3 and half weeks went by and this the reply from :- Thank you for getting in touch, and we appreciate you correctly raising a merchant dispute regarding your affected purchase.

I had a look at your account and I can see that we have received an update from the merchant.

Based on the latest update from the merchant, they have mentioned that there is no no manufacturing fault found. Also they stated that based on their investigations the team have deemed
the coat is not faulty, and the item is being returned back to you.

They took no responsibility for the damage item and didn't care bare in mind it was down to them and delivery company who also didn't want to take responsibility for damages both blamed each other

People stay away from these scammers. They are sending you the incomplete order and refusing refund pr replacement. They are thieves. It's a scam. I am going through police and action fraud to resolve this mess.

Very Bad experience. The packet never came and I was.asking them.to refu d my money bit they don't give me my money back

Do not buy from Zavetti. First coat developed a fault after about couple of months (seam catastrophically split open). They very quickly shipped a replacement, however the new coat developed the same fault. This time they promised a refund within 10 days, but still no sign after 20 days, despite acknowledging that the coat had been received and the refund was on the way.

Great experience delivered within 18 hours

I ordered two items ,
when i received my parcel , was cut and put Sellotape back and one of my jacket missing
spoke with the customer service and they said to contact my bank
The worse customer service , with pictures when you can see that i receive one item and the bag damaged THEY DON'T CARE
Is no point to have them .
Thank you for nothing .

Having read the previous reviews I must be the exception to the rule… I ordered my coat on late Tuesday evening, I got confirmation of the order Wednesday morning and dispatch by the evening of the same day, by end of play the following day the couriers had it at the delivery depot and it was delivered by Friday lunch time.. communication was good I got a quality coat and a very reasonable price and without any issue's.
Based on my experience I would use them again… however I would have to run past my wife first.. I’ve got too many coats apparently!

Please avoid at all costs spent £112 my stuff got delivered to the wrong address so haven’t got a clue where the stuff is now customer service is absolutely appalling now refusing to refund or replace asked for head offices number on numerous occasions and can’t even give me that what an absolute joke and by the way they use evri so no wonder the parcels gone walk about

No order received after 20 days! no way to communicate with them, live chat fails, no customer service phone number, no reply to emails. If anyone else is waiting call your bank and get a charge back. An utter disgrace.

Not happy with the way they treat there customers. I have sent many emails about discounts coupons they offer but none work
There attitude is take it or leave it so sad will not use them again

Fantastic winter jacket and good for the UK’s weather. Reasonable price if buying on sale or in offer. I love it

They never sent me the jacket and refused to help, I am now spending lot of time trying to sort it.

One of the worst customer services I have ever seen.

I have an older jacket from this Zavetti store. The quality is very poor other than my older Zavetti jacket which fits and looks way better on me. The sizing of new recent jacket i purchased which was way shorter in size. Almost way up my waist and looks silly. It is also extremely thin than the older make is. The jacket says L like my old one. But it's still too short. An XL would looks ridiculous on me. The quality has got really bad. It's not the way it use to be where you got a real good jacket that fits. But also keeps you warm. The quality of jackets now are just not good. Selling the same price for cheaper quality is a not cool.

Very poor customer service.

Stay away from this company at all costs!!! They are theives I ordered a coat from them and when I received the size wasn't true fit also the quality isn't as great to. Plus the price I paid for it. So I returned item back as it was within 30 days right. They issued me a inpost label so I sent back. And when I tracked it shows its been delivered to their address.! I have not received my refund so when I contacted their customer services on Facebook, I had no choice as no other way to contact. They completely denied they have got my parcel even though its tracked and shows its been delivered to them!!! JUST THEIVES they took £117 most customers are having similar experience either not received goods or a refund on returns!!!! This company needs investigating scams.

Ordered a coat which cost £125 left on my doorstep of my terraced house which i didnt request....came home to find no parcel on my doorstep ....19 days later after several emails ...no response ....please please dont order anything from them its an absolute discrace, i am so disapointed such a well known company can just blank and blank emails, dont have a contact number and only offer an email address as a point of contact....say no more they use amazon who are relentlessly leaving parcels anywhere ....guys dont order from these crooks, i am £125 out of pocket

This company is an absolute scam. Ordered two coats, one got delivered and when I contacted them they rejected the claim. The customer service on the online chat was rude and abrupt. It’s appalling how they treat their customers and basically it’s theft.
