Late Shipping, Minor damages, and good costumer support.

I just ordered my item costing $100+ and it has not arrived past my expected delivery, with no updates from them regarding what has happened from my emails (Phone number does not work). Now reading the reviews I realize this may be some scam and if I still don't have an update or a delivery by next week I will go to my Bank to settle this matter and get my refund there cause this "company" will probably won't answer anything or do anything.

Update: Just got call from them about the update of my delivery and gave me an estimated time for my delivery.

Final update: I just got the product, customer support was kind and explained the situation, but the packaging for the products had minor damages due to shipping.

Shipping delays, no seal on product

Purchased on Nov 15, shipped on Nov 24 after 2 emails to customer care to follow in on lack of an update on my order. One of the products came without a seal, making me question if it was real or fake.

Not what I expected!

Sadly, I think I’m a victim of a SCAM! Ordered medication for my dogs ears about two weeks ago. Nothing came although it was supposed to. Tried reaching out via email and telephone. NO RESPONSE on either. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I need that medicine. Should have used AMAZON I guess.

Fraud Canadian online shopping website

Placed an order on 1 Nov, no updates at all until 6 Nov.. No one ever answered the two numbers 877 563 6233 and 866 932 6910 published on their website. The online customer service is never anwered. I believe this is a real fraud website and I don't know why it is still accessable. Order Number 18203

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. They will not send your package nor will they reply to your inquiries about its whereabouts nor will they issue your refund. Why they are in operation to rob Canadians of their money is baffling. Please stay away.

Response to Zecoya:
My order # is #16830. I emailed you earlier this month that I had not yet received my package. I also sent another email that I called Canada Post to inquire and that they asked you guys (the sender) to call them in order to investigate and open a claim for me to get my money back and I included their phone number in the email for you guys to call them. You did not reply. It's almost a month later and I have not received my package, neither have you guys issued my refund.

It really should not have been me calling Canada Post. If you're a responsible company and a customer informs you a week after ordering they've not received their package that they ordered and paid you for (the money was taken from my cc right away), and that should've arrived within two days, it should've been you making those phone calls to Canada Post if you indeed took it to them, not me making those phone calls. You refused to do that and were non-communicative with me. It's almost a month later and I have not received my package/order, nor a refund. Please do the right thing.

This company is negligent in returning


This company is negligent in returning and following up with calls and concerns. Left numerous emails and phone msg in 1800 number no return msg or phone call. They sell American strips which contaminate the Canadian glucose readings. Resulting in drastic discrepancies in meter readings. Actual reading at one point was 1.2mmgl while the meter read 14.6 attempt after attempt to contact with no success. The contour meter company has been informed and they have advised me that this is not the first time zecoya has sent American strips to Canadian consumers in turn contamination of the meter is inevitable. This is a life threatening issue. Do not purchase from this company as you will not get a response or follow up to this issue. FDA has been informed!! Unless zecoya makes it right and insured only Canadian strips are sent. You could be putting yourself in eminent danger..
