Rubbish provider !! Lagging and crappy service , also a open racist

Same for me : Service worked decent about 90% of the time I used it. Service then went down after 5 months of use but no improvement. I have asked them several times to get my old xstream codes working or send me new xstream codes and have been ghosted. Waste of money on a one-year subscription with unreliable customer service and TV service. I will not recommend it to anyone !!!

Service worked decent about 90% of the time I used it. Service then went down after 2 months of use with invalid credentials error. They sent me new codes after 3 days that were m3u instead of xstream. I have asked them several times to get my old xstream codes working or send me new xstream codes and have been ghosted. Waste of money on a one-year subscription with unreliable customer service and TV service. Will not use Zen 4K again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Took out an annual subscription and have about 5 months left. I cannot access any of the channels. Been waiting to fix this issue for more than a month. The provider is just ghosting me. This is for the 4kbestiptv subscription.

I tried the service and it's great. I liked what it has, and the customer service is top-notch. I recommend the service.

C'est excellent et je suis ravie

The client service is great and very helpful. The server is stable most of the time despite us not having high speed Internet. Would definitely recommend to others

Merci pour la réactivité et surtout le package proposé que je trouve très riche.

Je recommande fortement👍
