It’s difficult to work with physical products sometimes. I ordered a ceramic teapot. It was smaller than I thought it would be (should have read the site better) and despite being very well packaged it arrived broken. When a company really cares and doesn't just use ai you feel it. They were quick to respond and resolve the problem and more than that it felt like they cared about the customer experience. I’ll be back. I used the UK site but I can’t find the trustpilot version of that.

I have an update to my last post. They have sent the item which I received 01.08.2026 they have sent new items which haven't been used. Must admit that after reading everyone else's reviews I didn't have a lot of hope.
Have tried the Air conditioning units which have bought 2 of them. They work fine for now. They look cheap but it is what it is I know Argos are selling the same ones for more money!!!!

I think that I just been lucky this time.

What I want to put to them. If they can do this for me why can't they do this for everyone else.

But why so long delivery?
And why 4 different tracking codes?

Would I use them again? NO not a chance.
My advice is stay away they stress you out too much. No response from them and when you do, its yeah, but you know, the thing is it's not our fault blah blah blah blah.
So from the 11th July to 1st August.

Think long and hard before you order.
I am not going to use them anymore.

Zakupiona lampa sufitowa tragicznej jakości, koszt wysyłki zrotnej do Chin przewyższa wartość zakupionego towaru. Przestrzegam przed zakupami.

Uwaga! Oszuści! Zero kontaktu ze sklepem. Towar nadany z Hongkongu - jakość tragiczna. Maile wysyłane do sklepu wracają jako niedostarczone.

Kupiłem ramkę.
Miała podkręcone zdjęcia i bardzo marketingowy rozdmuchany opis.
To co rozpakowałem to były 2 kawałki plastiku nie warte 10% zapłaconej ceny.
Gdy zgłosiłem chęć zwrotu sprzedawca zaoferował mi 20% zwrotu lub kredyt w sklepie na 75%. Ani jedno ani drugie mnie nie interesuje z oczywistych względów.
Mogę też odesłać towar na swój koszt do Chin. Niestety koszt przesyłki wynosi tyle co cena produktu i sprzedawca dobrze o tym wie.
Teoretycznie wszystko jest zgodne z prawem i na stronie jest regulamin. Nie mniej to krótkowzroczny biznes. Drugi raz sie na to nie złapię. Szkoda, że Unia Europejska nie zrobi porządku z takimi cwaniakami.

Masakra na zamówienie czekałam ponad 3 mce, upominałam się kilkukrotnie o zwrot pieniędzy bez skutku, a jak zamówienie dotarło opłaciłam jeszcze cło o którym nie wspomniane podczad zakupu, ogólnie odradzam
