Emma Nicholson has been a standout star of Zenith for us. She has worked tenaciously to ensure the Leaseholder was assigned to the new buyers, even though their conveyancer was dreadful and uncommunicative. Emma persevered on our behalf, always keeping us aware of any steps or progress throughout, without Emma I would have been lost! She is an absolute credit to Zenith and highly recommended by us.

Alex was so helpful and friendly. Absolutely great service. Wish all service provider experiences could be this good.

The management office provided clear instructions and responded promptly, resulting in an overall positive customer experience.
