This company is not good. Jay isn’t even in Colorado and I can’t trust these people. Get rich quick mentality is all they are about. No seasoned realtor just a kid wanting fast cash for least amount of work. AVOID

I signed up with them a couple months ago and received a few leads … back end support appeared to over promise what I could do as an agent Jay was great support until I had a few hiccups in this process Now I’m the last 2 months no return phone call or text from Jay, no leads, no response when email was sent to company What kind of company am I dealing with? Def not a way to attract agents

I have only good things to say about Zephien!

Zephien charged me $1400 and never provided any leads. They are a bad, bad company.

I’m happy with the appointments and level of interaction I receive here.

Talked to Jay, treated me like garbage and called me a dumb*** because I’m not interested in being a slave. And my definition of inside sales rep does not align with his. He is looking for 1099(slave) workers he can exploit and not invest in. I wouldn’t have written this review he handled the situation with more grace instead of flipping the switch and showing his true colors(immaturity).

My team and I have been working with Jay at Zephien and we are so pleased with all of the support we have received from onboarding to generating business! We are so glad to be working with Zephien and are so appreciative of the work Jay has done to help us!

After the first few referrals didn't work out, I wondered a bit if this was a good business decision to partner up with Zephien. And boom! I then got a seller lead and less than 30 days later it was closing.

Great group of people that seem to really care about the sellers and agents they work with!

I heard about them from a friend and decided to give them a shot. The appointments are great and the level of involvement they have with me and the clients is super. I can even have them reschedule appointments for me if something comes up and they are always quick to make it happen!

I like that they set the appointments for me so I don't have to try to do that myself. I haven't gotten a customer to hire me as their agent yet, but they have mostly been good appointments that I am happy with.

The sellers I meet with through Zephien are actual sellers. Often with other networks or companies I find the leads to be unmotivated or entirely uninterested. Zephien sellers are not typically either of the above. Connecting to motivated sellers is more than half my battle and they assist in that area of my client acquisition.

I love the Zephien team! The sellers are most always responsive and if there is ever an issue the Zephien crew is quick to jump in and help.

The team is really a TEAM — they’re not like other lead gens that don’t seem to actually care about their sellers or clients.

The agent portal has a couple bugs from time to time, but that is easy to overlook with all the other positives.

Got a listing from them up and on the market in the first 30 days. Would recommend to anyone looking for more listings.

I’ve tried a lot of different marketing approaches to find listings and all pale in comparison to Zephien. The one on one attention you receive here is unmatched!

The team at Zephien has always been polite and responsive. I am very happy with the quality of their appointments and have already signed an agreement with one of their sellers. I look forward to continuing to work with their team!
