Hi Gavin. Sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. We'd have appreciated an email to our customer services line rather than a 1-star review as we can't provide a solution to the problem if we don't know about it. Your order was posted out on 23 Aug and you were sent tracking info on the same day so please check your email junk folder if you haven't seen this. Deliveries to Australia can take 10-15 working days and it looks as though yours is in Oz going through customs as we speak. I will send you a further email with your tracking details and hopefully the service provided will lead to an updated score. Best wishes.

Terrible

Terrible, ordered a lochness shirt that had a completely different badge. The difference is unbelievable, very amateur and poor quality. Hopefully I will get a refund for the false advertising and marketing!

Thanks for your feedback Mark, and apologies you didn't like the product. I believe we've been in touch via email and provided a refund and I hope the customer service was of a good standard. I think we'd had issues with our emails going in to your junk folder but glad we got to a resolution.

Excellent service from these guys, very nice top ,unfortunately was a bit tight so had to return it for a bigger size, which wasn't a problem and they kept in touch via email
