Mutt mitt never delivered
We ordered a mutt mitt holder through Amazon. It was shipped via fedex and said delivered. We never received the package. Zero waste won’t refund our money or replace the item.

We've been using your products for many years for our Condominium/Townhome Community, and they are top quality. In addition, it is much appreciated that I can order the products and have you bill our Management Company, so I don't have to go through getting reimbursed. On our last order, your Customer Service was kind enough to extend the free shipping offer, probably because someone took the time to read my comment about being sorry that I had missed it in my email, as I did not know we were out of pickup bags until the next day! The customer service representative was…great
The customer service representative was very helpful. I had a problem with the key for our pet waste bag box, and she helped me "jam" the key in (I also used WD40) and we got it opened, even thought the key appears to be cut wrong or poorly.
