This service is a sham! They take payment for an order with no real understanding if they can fulfil it or not.
In addition to this, when they cannot honour your order to deliver on your requested date, there is no communication of this.
Just unacceptably bad service.
Follow up note after the company responded to this review:
Itâs all very well the company saying they will work towards fixing things but my full refund has still NOT been repaid even after the confirmed 5-7 day waiting period.
If you really want to make things right, pay the refund immediately! I am still waiting for my money back!!!!

Greg, we took your order in good faith seeing we had previously delivered to the same address in 2022. Unfortunately, the partner florist we used is no longer. We contacted 5 other florists in the area up to 50kms but unfortunately, they declined to deliver because of the distance. We continue working on finding a solution, that's our job. So please challenge us again.
However, I am happy to inform you, that a full refund was "finally" processed on 21APR/2025. I agree this took way too long and appologise that it required my intervention to follow up. I have further trained the staff on being more responsive.
Please check with your bank and let us know if there is a problem.
