I was rung up on the morning the flowers were supposed to be delivered asking for a different flower as they didn't know if they had that flower, then I was rung again say that the arrangement would not be delivered till Monday this was the third call on Saturday morning. I was not happy or pleased with it and cancelled now I am waiting for my money to be reimbursed as the flowers were never delivered and I have been charged over $200.
