I wish I could do more research on the product, not just immediately jumped into purchasing this and hope this will help. The information on their website is so convincing that this will help with acne. After took the set for 3 weeks, my face got even worse, as soon as i stopped, it got lots calmer.

I have spent nearly £300 on this, and now feeling this is wasting

I’ve been taking Zilch for almost 9 months now, initially hoping it would help with closed comedones and the occasional breakout as they claim it does. After 5 months with zero improvement, I reached out to their customer service in January. No reply. I followed up, finally got a response asking a few questions, which I answered in February—and since then? Nothing after 2 months even after following up again, I’ve been completely ignored.

Honestly, it’s so disappointing. When you’re investing time and money into a product the bare minimum should be decent customer support. Instead, it feels like they’re more focused on getting influencers to hype up the product than actually supporting customers who aren’t seeing results as I was open to suggestions on what to do.

I wouldn’t recommend Zilch unless you have severe acne and are ready to risk poor support. For me, it’s been an expensive letdown.

Zilch was a disappointment in my acne treatment journey. $248 for two bottles, taken as directed, to see no improvement in my skin or overall wellness. The most I got was a bellyache. The return/refund policy extends to defects only, not guarantee of product, but with the rave reviews and how promising the marketing made it seem I decided to risk it. Best to go see your gp for hormone testing, a dermatologist for options and/or your local naturopath/Chinese medicine to get tailored tinctures that will at least improve overall wellbeing.

Didn’t work for me.

Expensive, takes long to arrive and simply didn’t work for me. Might be different for others.
