Compre los lentes Tide fotocromaticos. Son hermosos!!! Y muy cómodos. A la luz tenue del sol ya se cambian de color.

They are beautiful!!!, and very comfortable. With a very soft sun light they change color.

I've just ordered glasses and tried contacting customer service about my prescription and I haven't gotten any response yet.

I received a product and want a refund. I immediately started speaking with a customer rep and they are argumentative, rude and unwilling to allow me to return my product for a refund. They are using scare tactics like you will be responsible for shipping, we are based in China so the shipping will be high, and you will not get a full refund, with shipping you would not have any money back. What is the point of forcing a customer to keep a product they are unhappy with??? This was the worst place to purchase from, as they obviously do not care about their customer.

I absolutely love my glasses I've ordered from Zinff. They are by far the most complimented article I own. I choose to wear them over any other pairs I have. Super comfortable and high quality.

I have spent so much money with other companies and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive my glasses were with all the add ons. I always reduce my lenses, add blue light filter, and anti glare/anti smudge. I spent About 75 bucks total!!!!! So I bought more. I’m never buying from any other website BUT Zinff! And I always get so many compliments on my frames!

I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses from zinff as I love the huge range of stylish frames. So simple - just pop in your prescription details and wait for them to be delivered! You will not be disappointed! I have had so many compliments on all 3 set of frames I have ordered.

Literally the worst return policy ever. I have bought so many glasses from so many websites and each one always lets me receive a full refund. My problem is that my prescription makes glasses about 100 plus dollars so instead of wasting 100 dollars on a pair I'm not sure I actually like, I buy the frame with no prescription or customizations to try them on. I tried to do the same with this website and they are making it seem like refunds are the worst thing to do. They complain about filling out an RMA form and having to send it to the lab, etc. If it's so hard to accept a return, then don't do them at all! I read the policy and they are telling me something different. If you plan on returning frames on this website I suggest going on firmoo or eyebuydirect.

Ordered a pair online to try and I was really impressed. The frames are great quality and the lenses perfect using my prescription. I'd recommend.

I was skeptical at first ordering off a website but my glasses came in quickly and well packaged with a nice case and cleaning cloth. My prescription was correct and all added features work as stated. These are so much cheaper than glasses at the eye doctor and Zinff offers so many more stylish options which is my favorite thing about this site. My glasses are so adorable and I get so many compliments! I just ordered a second pair in a different style 7 months later!

I've ordered from Zinff twice and each time it's been great! It's arrived quickly and no problems at all.

The delivery took less than two weeks. Unfortunately, I had to find out that the glasses are probably not the right strength. It looks way too strong. I've been wearing glasses for 15 years, so I can say I know if it's too strong. In addition, the difference in diopters between old glasses and new glasses is not much, so I shouldn't notice a drastic difference when putting on the new glasses, but it is there.

I also got an email from UPS that I have to pay customs duties later. I didn't like that at all.

Die Lieferung dauerte nicht ganz zwei Wochen. Leider musste ich festellen, dass die Brille vermutlich nicht die richtige Stärke hat. Sie wirkt viel zu stark. Ich trage seit 15 Jahren Brillen, also kann ich behaupten, dass mir das auffällt. Noch dazu ist der Unterschied der Dioptrien von alter Brille zu neuer Brille nicht viel, daher sollte ich beim aufsetzen der neuen Brille keinen drastischen Unterschied merken, dieser ist aber vorhanden.

Zusätzlich bekam ich eine Email von UPS, dass ich Zoll nachbezahlen muss. Das gefiel mir gar nicht.

Fantastic brand, excellent communication and fast service catering to the individuals needs! Best part is this is fully online! Price points incredibly realistic, and a huge variety of prescription and non prescription products! I opted for prescription glasses and for the first time - blue light blocking - computer screen lenses. SAVED my eyes from fatigue.
I quite literally stopped wearing my $350 Kate spade designer lenses & wear my ZINFF frames everyday! Certainly we’ll worth it, and service will help if you have any issues.
