Our supplier and company database spans 103M+ records, widening the search beyond the suppliers a team already knows. The RFx and SoW Drafting Agent turns a short brief into a structured request or statement of work. The Spend Analyst aggregates spend, surfaces fragmented purchasing, and helps identify sourcing events with savings potential. Procurement professionals direct the agents' work and decide which suppliers to invite, compare, and award. The goal is to let a team run more real sourcing events, not simply digitize the request. Zinit reports a 4x increase in sourcing events per procurement employee annually and 2x supplier participation per event compared with the industry standard. More relevant competition and a clearer comparison give buyers a stronger basis for a decision. We pair the platform with hands-on procurement expertise so teams can build a sourcing process that works across indirect procurement, tail spend, supplier discovery, RFP management, and competitive bidding. Smooth and efficient sourcing experience

just wanted to drop a quick note after wrapping up our participation in the sourcing process. The
Zinit platform was easy to navigate, submitting our proposal didn't require any back-and-forth or
confusion, which we really appreciated.
The support we received whenever we had questions was also great. Response was fast and
the guidance was clear, which made a real difference when we were working against the
deadline.
Happy to be moving forward with this partnership. Thanks for making the experience a positive

The platform was clear enough

I wanted to take a moment to share some feeedback on the bidding process through Zinit. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but it ended up being much more straightforward than I anticipated

The platform was clear enough that we didn't have to go back and forth trying to figure things out, and the timeline was well communicated from the start. Winning this RFP means a lot to our team, and I think the process itself made a difference, it felt fair and organized. Would definitely be comfortable participating again in the future
