My team and I have worked with Alex at Albato, and he has been a real asset. He knows the platform well, explains things in plain terms, and follows through until the issue is actually resolved instead of closing the conversation early. He treats our automations as if they matter, because to us they do. We use Albato to connect the tools that run our day-to-day operations, and having someone knowledgeable and dependable on the other end makes a real difference. I would recommend Albato, and Alex in particular, to anyone building automations for their business.

Albato is a capable and promising integration platform for building multi-step automations without custom code. I built a workflow that receives Indeed job URLs, sends them to an external API for processing, brings them back for AI processing, and delivers results to Google Sheets or email, scheduled to run as often as every minute. Strengths: multi-step triggers, flexible field mapping, webhook and HTTP support, and a solid integration library.

On the downside, setup takes patience: HTTP requests need careful configuration of URLs, headers, JSON bodies, and mapped fields, and webhook testing adds extra steps. The AI Agent feature is promising but frustratingly slow and needs substantial direction. I would recommend more investment in the AI agent to make building automations faster and easier.

They canceled an automation in my free account after spending much time learning the tool and creating an automation.

The platform offers a wide range of user-friendly features, as well as excellent technical support should you need assistance. I've been using this platform for several years now for various clients in the marketing field.

Great experience with Albato. The platform is easy to use, and their support team has been very helpful whenever I ran into integration issues. They responded quickly, explained the problem clearly, and helped me find the right solution. Definitely a useful tool for building automations.

I love the professionalism and how welcoming and how urgent I was assisted. I'm not an professional software engineerr but their system and support makes sure that you understand what's going on. I do see not self not using Albato. Highly recommend using their services.

Albato is an advanced tool. Fantastic when you get a handle on it, but can be overwhelming when you hit snags. This is where a good support structure is golden. Happily I can say that Albato support is outstanding and extremely helpful. Better still is support staff like Alex C. taking the time to not only solve a problem for me but to explain the blind spots I had. I am now better equipped for my next Albato connection. I had a problem with an automation and could not figure out what was wrong with it.

Support, especially Alex, was not only extremely helpful and set up the automation for me, but also explained it step by step so I could understand what he did and why.

That is what I call first-class support!

I like using Albato because there is no time wasted when it comes to getting support. I am not tech savvy so setting up basic things can be overwhelming. It doesnt matter how simple the question is you have just ask it. Send screenshots all the way through .. They have your back. I am very pleased with the support I got from an agent named Gospel. I had issues integrating and rather than stress out I use the live chat and he helped me with the entire process and even set things up himself to help me speed up the automation. I told him to leave the case open and we continued it the following day . That is the kind of support I like to leave reviews for. He solved everything . This is not the only time he has either. I had problems with using Albato for the first time and he helped with setting up automations then too over a period of four days because I was not available. They are flexible and they do not vanish and leave you hanging. They answer quickly so recommend them highly . The automations all work perfectly as well. they are simple ones but they are reliable in eyes

I’ve been manually building my store for years. It’s always long and tedious, and after a while, you start to lose motivation. Then AI arrived, and I thought it would be the miracle solution. But it wasn’t... You end up spending your time chatting with bots, copying and pasting things everywhere, and in the end, you spend just as much time doing what you used to do before. It’s simply not automated enough.

I tried several times to automate product page creation, but without success because of countless small roadblocks.

Then one day, not so long ago, I received an email from Albato. At first, I was skeptical because we’re flooded with all kinds of AI solutions these days. But usually, either they don’t do exactly what we want, or they’re too expensive.

So I gave it a try, and as you can guess, it works exactly the way I want it to (especially thanks to the supplier mode, which really understands dropshipping workflows). On top of that, the pricing is very affordable.

The product pages are very well written, provided you take the time to properly understand the settings and options available on the platform.

So honestly, it would be very difficult for me to do without it now.

O que tornou a minha experiência ótima com o Albato foi o suporte, em especial o Pedro. Responde muito rápido, ajuda em tudo que você precisar, muito prestativo, explica, faz tutorial pra não ficar nenhuma dúvida, investiga o erro e já retorna com a solução pronta e explicada. Incrível a experiência. Além disso, o Albato mostrou ser muito completo e integra com diversas plataformas, além de ter diversos gatilhos e ações, coisa que no antigo integrador eu não tinha.

For almost a year I was unable to effectively track my ads campaigns in Meta, since my website used some booking engine and payment was done in Stripe window. This didn't allow Meta Pixel to track customers who actually made a booking.

I almost felt like giving up, but then Meta support suggested to try Albato.

I did try to set Automation myself, but could not configure it correctly. Again, almost gave up but decided to give it another shot and wrote to the support.

Then the magic started. Pedro took exceptional care of me and helped to set up all flows correctly. Actually exceptional does not even describe it fully. The best, the most caring and amazing support I have ever received.

When the service invests in real people, not ai bots, this makes me want to stay.

I had a pesky issue with webhooks coming from another platform [Jotform] to Albato and not having the right info being available in the packet. I was connected first with Pedro at Albato who could have easily brushed the issue off and given me a stock answer. But, he spent a great amount of time trying some potential, and technical, solutions to investigate the issue and maybe solve the problem. He did this over several days! Trying to help me across numerous business day. Along the way he emailed me with clear and informed updates on what he'd determined about the issue and how to solve it. As it turns out, it really was an issue with Jotform not sending data in a webhook that was easily usable. So, we determined that all possible good methods of getting it to work on the Albato end were not the best solutions and that I should not use webhooks from Jotform; the API from Jotform is the best solution.

At any rate, A huge A++ to Pedro and the Albato team for taking a pesky minor issue from a small time use [me] seriously and being very dedicated and thorough in the quest to help. Yay!

I’m extremely happy with Albato’s support. They’re always helpful and quick to assist. The live chat support is a huge advantage, especially compared to Make.com, which only offers email support and often takes a long time to reply. Because of that, I’ve migrated all my automations to Albato. Also great thanks to Gospel and Pedro, you are awesome!
