Excellent experience. Have ordered 5 times and every single time got exactly what I ordered. Takes 3-5 weeks depending on shipping and customs delays, etc., but it always arrives and is exactly what I ordered. Quality product.

Yes, it saved my life. You have to put up your sail and God will provide the wind. Thank you to the genius who came up with this med pack. God bless India.

Never received the order and no communication after taking the money.

Only sent a fraction of the product, but still took my money. I am owed $477. No response to my 10 emails. Horrible communication. Do not risk it

I ordered from ziverdo-kit.com in mid Nov. I never received a delivery. After 6 weeks I requested that they resend. No reply. I emailed three times over a week but no response. I warned them and finally had to file a claim with Paypal. I would not recommend doing business with this company. My suspicion is that their shipments are being confiscated by authorities. It is just too risky until they can resolve that problem and communicate honestly with their customers. If anything changes I will repost.

I was so thrilled to be able to order these items from a site that was confirmed by friends. But after putting in a second order I am being told there are no shipping options?? I have tried emailing 5 times now with no response. My sister tried placing an order just before mine and pay pal was still a payment option. She clicked within the site to make the PayPal payment, which was accepted(and deducted)but no confirmation email and no tracking. Multiple emails sent as well with no response. We have both lost hope as to in the legitimacy of this site until otherwise proven with some kind of communication. ANY COMMUNICATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED AND AN ORDER EITHER SHIPPED OR REFUNDED. I am very confused and disappointed as I was so grateful for this site up until this point. Please make this right or provide answers.

Great service and communications. Unfortunately my initial order was intercepted by our US FDA and confiscated but a replacement shipment was done by a different delivery method and I received the order within 7 days. Very pleased. Hope I don't need the product but glad to have it in case I do.

Product arrived as advertised, with a greatly appreciated email afterwards to ensure that things had gone well. Haven’t needed the product yet, so we can’t rate it’s efficacy, but we would certainly do business with them again.

My order took two weeks and arrived intact. Price was a little high but service was first rate. My questions were answered promptly and completely even when my questions were at an inconvenient time for those in India.

Very straight forward site. After a few days a tracking number was provided and could easily track my order. Would absolutely recommend this site.

The website is easy to navigate and place an order. A tracking number was provided so I could follow the shipment. Follow up communication with the vender was very good. The products I ordered appear just as described.

I have placed two orders with ziverdo in the past several months. Verifying my first order was a bit confusing, but the website and payment arrangements appear to have been substantially improved recently. Both my orders arrived in about two weeks. For US customers, ordering from an unknown entity in India may seem a little doubtful, but my experience is that ziverdo is highly reliable. The seemingly long shipping time seems to be due to customs and international delays, rather than to ziverdo. Also, I received two different versions of the same product; both were well packaged and appear to be industry standard products. I would have no hesitation in recommending ziverdo to a new customer.

Just received my 3rd order. I'm prepared now :)
My orders took from 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 weeks. Tracking worked just fine. I have and will continue to recommend Ziverdo
