It was easy to verify myself, quick shipment and was given update

It was great because you had them in and that they weren't discontinued anymore their the best! I love how fast they get here. You guys are awesome! Thank you.T.McFarland

Always quick with my order. And if there’s any questions on my order, they respond quickly as well. Thank you!

I didn’t like the product but my son-n-law did so it’s going to be a Christmas present. I did reorder the Alaskan Mint and North Mighty Mint, my favorites.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! When we ordered more than what they had in stock, they called as soon as they could to help find a solution and even expedited shipping for the inconvenience. We would definitely order from here again!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. If a product is out they call you right away and come up with a replacement for you.

Although this particular vape isn't my favorite the customer service and availability of this store is unmatched. I really can't brag enough on them.

The service went above and beyond! They were out of the kind I wanted, so I got a phone call from a real person. Suitable substitutes were figured out, and the dude was right. Y'all got a new regular customer.

Great customer service! They always make sure I get what I want with my order!

Received a few days after ordered. Fast, efficient and fantastic customer service.

Top-notch pr, great prices, fast ship

Great customer service. Quick to let you know if they are sold out of something you ordered and suggest replacement.

Be careful ordering from here. I ordered some vapes but I never got a confirmation email. I called the number and got Tim. He said I needed to send him a text with my email because they did not have it. I found that weird because I put my email in the order. He said he would send me an email for me to verify my age. I have spoken with him 3 times and he keeps saying he will send it. There are other bad reviews I have found where Tim has been the contact. Guess I need to file a dispute with my credit card company.

The website is easy to use. Good variety of products. Fast service.

Well for starters they were very helpful in swapping out my order ..and sending emails to let me know that they will accommodate me..

Always top notch service and communication.

I'm very happy with all the products I've bought from Zmarksthe spot.
