We prepared assets and creative specifically for campaigns Zocket was supposed to run. The Google account never materialized, so half the strategy was dead on arrival. Facebook kept falling apart on their end. All the creative work our team put in was wasted because Zocket couldn't hold up their side. No refund either. Frustrating doesn't begin to cover it.

From an operations standpoint, this was a total loss. We allocated budget to Zocket Technologies for services that were never fully delivered. The Google account was never handed over to us. Facebook campaigns were unstable and poorly managed. We requested a refund for what was clearly undelivered work and got nothing back. That's not a partnership, that's just taking someone's money. Would not recommend to any business.

Facebook — constant issues. Our team was left scrambling to explain delays that weren't our fault. When leadership asked for a refund, Zocket disappeared. Unprofessional and unreliable. So I have been using Zocket for about 7-8 months now and their ad account quality is very good. It doesnt get banned, cpms are better and recharging and managing campaigns is very easy. The team is also always there to assist me with any issues. Its a great experience with them so far

Zocket scammed me. They are literal thieves. Their support will respond and assure you only before you pay. They promised me I could boost Facebook Live with their ad account, but after I paid $399 they admitted it doesn’t work and ignored my refund requests. They even put my card on autopay. I regret not listening to other reviews — avoid them at all costs.

What stood out to me was how approachable their team is. I had silly question about targeting, and instead f brushing it off, sheetal walked me through examples and gave me tips. My cost per lead dropped after making those changes. It feels like they actually care about customer success.

Our team (Profit Hunters) worked with Zocket Media and transferred them $4,500 as part of a business agreement. After receiving the funds, they stopped delivering on their promises, kept delaying, and avoided any real solution. Despite months of waiting, no refund was ever made. We ended up losing our money and got nothing in return. This is a complete scam. Strongly advise others to stay away from them.

My friend told about zocket about when i was facing ad ban again and again. I contacted them, they gave new account quickly. After that, ads are running smoothly. Got very nice results. Thanks team

We paid for a monthly service that is meant to give you a secure platform to do adds from to generate leads. That was our main objective. We put money into the platform to pay for adds and generated nothing but fakes leads . We brought this to the attention of the lady who was dealing with us from zocket. Who then suggested we give them one more try and do the add in a slightly different way . We were told to just do £10 add spend and she’s sure it will work or our money back . To our surprise more fake leads . We are now in dispute with the bank as they are refusing a refund unless we take down our review . Which isn’t fair on any one else being subjected to this scam of a company.

I signed up for Zocket hoping to generate real estate leads for my business. Their website claims to provide an ad account and help you run ads across different platforms. That’s what they make you believe but it’s far from the truth.

I paid $200 for their monthly subscription and launched my first campaign through their platform. After receiving around 20 leads, I quickly realized something was wrong every single lead was either a wrong number or completely unresponsive. My ads weren’t getting any real visibility, and it became clear these were fake or recycled leads.

I reached out to Zocket to request a refund, and they asked me to "wait a few days." Weeks later, I’m still waiting no refund, no real support, no accountability.

If you're considering using Zocket for your business, don’t waste your time or money. This is a deceptive platform that offers no value and operates with zero transparency. Avoid it at all costs.

Waste of money i join zocket to run ads they promised our Google ads account capabale to run affiliate and other permotions sites easily run but this is not 100% truth so try other alternatives zocket accounts is not good it run ads all acocunt got suspended with in day waste of money Try other platform not recommended
