Sofa aus billigem Sperrholz und Dachlatten zusammengetackertes Sofa

Mein Mann und ich möchten sich beschweren und eine Bewertung eines Kaufs, Sofa Ibiza, letztes Jahr, vornehmen. Wir haben das Sofa im letzten HerbstfÌr ca. 2200,-Euro im Internet gekauft. Wir waren schon beim Aufstellen Ìber die QualitÀt erschrocken. Heute haben wir es versucht auseinanderzulegen, da wir es mit nach Italien nehmen möchten. Was sich da von innen unter der HÌlle gezeigt hat, war einfach nur schlimm. Das Sofa ist mit billigsten Sperrholz und Dachlatten gezimmert, ein Materialwert quasi null. Innen sind Bretter schon gespalten, Stofffetzen hÀngen im Innenteil. Das Sofa ist nicht mal verschraubt, alles ist billig mit dem Tacker zusammengetackert. Das ist eine absolute Unmöglichkeit, so etwas zu verkaufen, da ist jedes Ikea Sofa fÌr 390,-Euro besser gefertigt. Wir fÌhlen uns regelrecht betrogen. Und können nur jedem von einem Kauf Ihrer Sofas abhalten. UnabhÀngig davon ist es unbequem und die Polster hÀngen schon durch. Wir haben bereits nachleimen mÌssen. Der einzige Vorteil am Sofa ist, es ist bei der QualitÀt einfacher zu entsorgen.

Feliz con mi mesa de centro y mi lámpara-


Elegí una mesa de centro y una lámpara- pedí que verificaran que la mesa fuera la más oscura ya que según la web, podía variar el color de la madera- lo hicieron así, muy ejecutivos a la hora de responder- el envío llegó a tiempo y me encanta como quedó mi casa: más acogedora que antes- muchas gracias

Slechtste kwaliteit ooit!!

Na even op onze splinternieuwe dure stoelen te zitten al meteen 2 kapotte stoelen, men is zeker niet goed in service na verkoop en ik zou hier nooit meer terugkomen.
Koop hier niet, het is betere kwaliteit in Ikea.

Excellent service when handling our complaint

We had bought a table with a microcement top and after a while a crack appeared which became quite big in a short period of time, on the side of the tabletop. I contacted Zoco Home customer service and after a couple of emails and sending pictures of the damaged table, they agreed to replace the table. We have now received the new table which looks perfect. We are very satisfied with how smoothly and quickly Zoco Home handled our complaint.

I had a delivery of a furniture from Zoco home and it was not really what I expected as it looked different in the showroom. I contacted customer service and they helped me out directly. I had the opportunity to change to a different product or the same product but with a different tone of the wood and that was exactly what I wanted. Perfect handled customer service and I will continue to be a loyal Zoco Home customer

No service!!

We purchased all our furniture from Zoco Home, with an order totaling over €25,000. Our apartment was delayed, and they asked us to pay the full amount upfront, which we did without issue.

When our furniture was finally delivered, one cabinet worth €2,290 was missing — and no one mentioned it until we asked. This cabinet is an essential part of the set we bought.

We were then told it would probably arrive sometime in November, with no definite date, and that our only alternative was a store credit.

The store had the same cabinet as a showroom model. Our first offer was to take it with a 30% discount — this was refused. Our second offer was to take it without any discount, since we had already paid for it — this too was rejected, leaving us with nothing but the store credit option.

After visiting the store a second time, we insisted on taking the showroom piece, pointing out that we had already paid and had never been informed that the cabinet was unavailable (we had ordered it over a year ago!). We left still without the cabinet, but supposedly with our money refunded — though we’ll have to see if that actually happens.

The after-sales service was extremely poor, and the staff showed no willingness to help or find a solution. We strongly advise against buying from Zoco Home — they treat customers terribly.

I would like to point out that it was never communicated to us that the delivery could not take place.
If I understand correctly, items that remain in your storage for more than a year apparently become damaged?
We explicitly asked at the time whether the extended storage period would cause any issues, and we were clearly assured that it would not. Furthermore, we paid all related costs in full and in advance.

In addition, we made several proposals to receive the furniture that was not delivered due to your mistake.

We therefore find your current explanation very disappointing and not satisfactory, especially given the circumstances and our efforts to resolve this matter amicably.

Please keep in mind we have stored your order for free for nearly a year. ThatÂŽs a service we usually donÂŽt offer because the items could get damaged. Unfortunately that was the reason why the Cabinet wasnÂŽt delivered along with the other items , as my colleague from Marbella store informed you.

That was an unfortunate event but we solved it quickly with a refund.

Our Marbella store team has helped you each time you have visited our showroom and they have always provided a great service .

We appreciate you as a client since you have visit us more than a dozen times over the past two years.

Beautiful design but extremely poor after-sales service

I purchased a solid elm wood table from Zoco Home in Marbella. The design is beautiful — however, after a few months, dark sticky stains appeared on the surface. After some research, it became clear that this was caused by the natural migration of resins and oils inside the wood. After three weeks of back-and-forth due to poor communication between the shop and the customer care team, they finally agreed to replace the table — only to change their mind the very next day, claiming “outdoor misuse.”
Despite providing detailed explanations and evidence, Zoco Home’s customer service refused to take any responsibility. Their arguments changed several times: first acknowledging a possible replacement, then denying it by invoking “outdoor misuse” — even though my table was always under a covered, dry terrace, and their own showroom in Marbella displays the exact same table outdoors under the same conditions.
They also claimed that the climate “is different” — while I literally live next to Marbella. It felt like a succession of excuses just to avoid replacing the table.
Beyond the defect itself, what’s disappointing is the lack of transparency, consistency, and communication between their shop and customer service. If Zoco Home wants to live up to its image of authenticity and craftsmanship, they should treat customers with the same honesty they expect from their suppliers

Update after Zoco Home’s reply (October 2025):
Their so-called “investigation” ignored key facts:
– The table was always kept on a covered, dry terrace, never exposed to humidity.
– The same model is displayed outdoors at their / Marbella showroom, in identical conditions.
– After three weeks of confusion between the shop and customer care, they first accepted to replace the table, then reversed their decision the next day
 like professional experts

Calling this “misuse” is simply inaccurate. The real issue is structural and related to the finishing process, not the client’s behavior.

I ordered two pillows

I ordered two pillows, 80 Euro per pillow case. When they arrived they looked very different - and worse: one of them had a LOT of lose ends and was of much lower quality. I wanted to return them since they certainly did not live up to expectations but was told I had to pay the quite expensive freight cost. This even if I sent pictures of the pillow case that was really of bad quality.
The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that customer support actually answered my mail. I Will never buy from them again, though since quality of products seems to be low focus for them.

11 weeks later...no goods, no refund, no customer service

I ordered and paid for a table, bench and other items on the 11th May. I was promised a 3 week delivery but it is now 11 weeks later and I still do not have my goods. There is no hope of getting them either, and Zoco Home has ignored my requests for a refund.

They charged me €350 to deliver from Spain to Greece, a substantial sum on top of the thousands of euros for my order, but the goods never arrived.

Their customer service has been appalling. They have not even tried to locate the lost goods, escalate the matter or done anything to find the missing items. They told me to find the items myself but they do not even know which shipping company they used, nor have supplied paperwork, so this is impossible.

I will never buy from this company again and urge any future customer to beware of paying a large sum of money for their furniture, which simply does not arrive. And Zoco Home does not care or do anything to resolve the situation.
