I still have not received my purchase

I keep getting emails asking me to review the company but I haven't even received the item yet!

Katherine tote bag , Not big enough for intended use , needed to return !

Quality not as good as expected .
My biggest disappointment was to pay £25 to return to China , customer need to be aware of this when placing an order.

I haven’t received my order for three weeks now, I couldn’t use it for the intended purpose, still no delivery yet. How could one write a review for the item yet to be received

Still no joy in tracking my parcel after - week

I should have known better than to order anything without reading the reviews, lesson learned.

Ordered a cute looking bag on 17/11 thought it'd take a few days to come from Zolano 'London', still waiting, tracking email leads nowhere, have emailed a couple of times, they're still looking into it...I am annoyed with myself but also with this experience. So yea... Not great at all!!

Ordered 1 hand bags and ended paying for 3 bags

Please make your system easy to follow that adding more stuff on the shopping list..

Also delivery takes 2 weeks

Don’t know yet. Still haven’t received my bag. Long time now.

Placed an order with this company on 18th November. Issued a tracking number and no progress to date or update on order. Emailed today with order number to ask when I can expect delivery. I will provide update if I get a response.

I made a purchase over 2 weeks ago but the order has never arrived.

You can improve by sending me my order - I have not received notification that my order has been shipped. Poor customer service & I feel like I have been ripped off.

I have not received an order purchased 3 weeks ago. I was told this was not in stock and asked for a refund. I was then told an alternative has been dispatched with an untrackable link . I have asked for a refund and still getting no resolution. Very dissapointed with the service

This company is a SCAM!!!

I have NOT received my purchase and the company have refused to refund my money! They insisted that the parcel was “in transit” when it obviously was not. The customer service is basically useless.
DO NOT waste your time and money with them. I’m so angry that they advertise over social media, gifting handbags to influencers but fail to provide the handbag that I paid for with my own money.

Well Surprise, Surprise!! My handbag finally arrived shortly after writing my review. The quality is ok and it looks as advertised.

However, I wouldn’t order anything else from them because customer service seems to be run by an AI called Christine and the sales pitch is untruthful. It’s impossible to speak to a “human” about long postal delays etc.
