Terrible service, do not buy from this website! Calls itself Zolano London, sends shoddy broken goods and then expects you to return to china at own expense!

Zero star for this scam of a retailer. 210 pounds down the drain. Please avoid Zolano london by all means. They are china based scammers

Everything was easy from purchase to delivery. Keeping me informed about my item.

I ordered in good faith from “Zolano London”. But the product (a bag) could not even fit my phone in it. And it was not a small bag. Anyway it wanted to return the item and have been told to return it to an address in CHINA. Completely mid-sold as London and it cost me £25 to return it. What a violation and mid-interpretation. Must be careful before ordering online.

Ive waited over 2 weeks now and the last tracking up date was last Sunday. Not good 👎This item was a Birthday present! Might be OK for next year!!
It would have been useful to know in advance that the bag was being delivered from China before I payed and placed the order because I would NOT have done it.

The quality of the product.

Bag shipped from China and returns need to be sent, at buyer’s expense, to China. Bag was too small to hold an iPhone, rendering it useless in today’s environment.

Received today.seems of a Decent quality and came as described.
Unfortunately didn’t arrive in time for the anniversary gift it was meant for. Would have been better informed if the website would have stated the bag was coming from China rather than Zolano London as advertised.

Item took a while to come. I thought it was from London but obviously china. Want a refund as product is faulty and cheap. It’s taking a time to get a refund form. Would not recomend this company

Damaged bag, very long delivery times

Generally was OK, only a little bit to long but the product my hand back it's an excellent quality and absolutely taking good care of, it's so beautiful, I will be wearing with a pride.

Good email communication and support for sorting a problem.

My experience echoes other recent reviews here. Item takes ages to arrive. Item is ridiculously unfit for purpose (Amanda handbag with the smallest interior you’ve ever seen, unusable.) No mention in the refund policy (which I did check in advance of purchase) that Zolano LONDON, with a .co.uk domain insists that items must be returned to China. This is only divulged when you “request” a return. Bag was 59.99, post office said £23.50 to return. Fake reviews on website: 5-star “very spacious”!!! Customer Service is completely disingenuous, disguised with a primly polite slimy surface. As others have said, zero stars would be ideal. I’m donating the bag to a charity shop, where the customer can at least see what they’re getting and make an objective decision. AVOID, AVOID this so-called business, it’s a scam.

Awful. They presented the website as if it's in London and when you need to return your items, we will be told different story. Returns need to be made to china, not England. Patronise this zolando at your own risk

If I could give it zero I would and wish I had read the reviews as would never had made the purchase. They market under a uk company their email is a uk email yet their products come from China so if you want to return you have to send it back to China! At your own cost which although that is mentioned on the website returns at own cost it fails to mention its in China. Complete rip off avoid at all costs. Handbag not fit for purpose cant even fit a phone in it ... avoid avoid avoid dreadful company
