I have been unable to log into the PPC dashboard for almost two weeks now, with no help from customer support. I have tried contacting via three different email addresses. The only communication I have received was a few days into the issue which stated a developer was working on it and then they stated it was fixed. It was not fixed and I have now been ghosted.

Has this site been abandoned? And if so, please provide access so that I can export my data and cancel my subscription.

Paid the 30 days trial subscription $1, all that happened is it then spend the next 10 days saying it was updating the connection with Amazon. I emailed the x2 email addresses that I could find for support, not reply for 7 days. I did manage to cancel the subscription and my card details from the zontool 1.0 link, but this is either an abandoned project or a blatant con to get money from people. Worst customer service of any company I've used - there just isn't any. Waste of time and money

This tool / app seems to be an abandoned project.
Charged the first fee but that's where app setup stopped working. Stuck in "Please wait while your account is being setup..." and had not even created the account you can log in.
Thankfully I was able to find half-made account dashboard in their version 1.0 to cancel subscription.

I emailed 3 separate times to various emails I could find for them and no answer for a week.

Unfortunately as other customers have reviewed the support is non existant. Had issues with logging in, password reset doesn't work as states email not registered despite getting account emails. Emailed twice and no reply, software not working as advertised either as no automations happening.

Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

This is too bad Service. They can not control the PPC and bid or any metrics.
I had a very bad experience, they stole money from my card even though I didn't use them. I filed a dispute with my bank. Terrible.

So bad service, I am waiting from yesterday’s for there’s response, I was email them 3 to 4 times but there’s no single response from zon.tool support team. I don’t know why they are irresponsible.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Zon.Tools for several years, and until recently, I’ve always been impressed with their service. Their tools have been instrumental in optimizing my Amazon ad campaigns, and their customer support was always responsive and helpful. However, since Carbon6 took over Zon.Tools, my recent experiences have been disappointing and frustrating.

One specific issue I encountered was scheduling a call where nobody joined. This lack of responsiveness is disappointing, especially for long-term customers like me.

I hope Carbon6 addresses these issues promptly, as reliable support is crucial for users like myself who rely on their tools for Amazon ad campaigns.

Good tool. It helped me a lot to manage my sponsored producs. I have used for several months.

When I contacted the Customer Support, they have been really friendly and extremely helpful. I Recommend!!!

Ich verwende Zon Tools seit 2 Jahren und bin immer noch zufriden.
Zuerst möchte ich ich sagen, dass Zon Tools uns sehr geholfen hat. Amazon Ads ist ziemlich kompliziert und enthält unedlich viele Bugs. Und dieser Tool hilft sehr dabei. Alles ist User Friendly, obwohl UI ist viel zu alt.
Im Dezember Amazon hatte große Probleme mit der Verbindung und Zon Tools Support hat uns trotzdem geholfen.

I use it to run PPC campaigns for my clients, and I recommend it to EVERY person that asks. Not using it feels like wasting time+money, the results are much better and take much less effort than trying to do it myself.

It's a great automated tool. The main thing is that a person using ZonTools for the 1st time needs to be patient because it takes a few days for the tool's algorithm to take effect.

Didn't work out as expected or hoped.

Sales went down and ACOS went as high as 450% in one of campaigns set under PGN.
A nightmare experience for us!

Going back to manual for campaign management :(
