Customer service is 10/10. Anytime I have used the contact us page on their website, they respond the same day. I have been using zone 3 wetsuits and buoyancy toggs for about 10 years while training for triathlons. They make great products and I will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent support from Adam on the fitting of my wetsuit. I ordered online and was unsure if it fit right. Adam rang me back promptly after an online chat, and was really knowledgeable and helpful. He sent me a couple of video links, and requested I sent in some photos and my measurements, which he looked at and got back to me the same day.
