Very good and clear layout which is self-instructive in many contexts. I mainly deal with documentary photography and studio photography and photographing people and human culture. Zoner Photo Studio X is a very affordable program that is continuously updated and improved. It has been my main photo editing program for about 6 years.

I was a Photoshop user when working for a company that had a site license, but after retirement could not even think of paying Adobe's crazy numbers. There is nothing that I could do in Photoshop that I can't do in ZPS. I'm comfortable using the full-featured software, and have yet to investigate its photo organizing side — soon.

This is a fantastic photo editor and suite. Great organizational modules and terrific editing options. It's priced very reasonably and while it isn't a full-fledged substitute for Photoshop it does the job well. It's very close to Lightroom equivalent without Adobe's ridiculous contract. Try it yourself, you'll be happy you did!

Great tutorials, excellent photo editing tips and ease of use

I've been using Zoner XPS for several years. Originally I chose XPS for the features at such an affordable price. Each release brings improvements. Although I occasionally use some other editors that have a specific feature, my editor of choice is still Zoner XPS.

The regular videos are awesome. So are the articles on the Learn pages of zoner.com. Just this morning I watched one and learned that something I have always done with another app is possible, and much better, in XPS.

I have come to appreciate the efficiency and ease of editing with ZONER editing software. With just a single click, I can apply various editing options and even incorporate a LUT (Look-Up Table) to adjust the mood of a photo. Additionally, I streamline my workflow by processing all the photos from a session in batches or groups, allowing me more time for other tasks. When presenting proofs to clients, I promptly address their requests for creating albums or books. Working with software has truly been a fantastic experience, eliminating the need for additional tools.

Everything works as promised. The tools are easy to use and understand. Combining editing tools with cataloging greatly improves efficiency.

Zoner Photo Studio X is a well thought out suite of software that gives me a huge range of options in the way I want to edit images and process raw files. It is well and regularly maintained with updates and freebies presets. My own needs are relatively simple but if there's anything I need beyond my usual workflow I can both find a way to do what I want and find instructional videos to help me.

Since 2011 ZPS has been my standard application for managing my giant photo collection.
And many years it has been my standard for editing too, every now and then I try and use other editors, but I keep coming back.
Let me give you some of my reasons:
1) You need a subscription to use it, but that is affordable compared to other programs
2) it is suitable for photographers of all levels
3) for location determination and recording you can also use open street maps in addition to google
4) it has extensive possibilities to share photos, secured or not secured and private or public
5) it is very easy to shrink photos for social media
6) you have many tools, presets and filters at your disposal
7) extensive possibilities to work with layers
8) you can have different browsers open side by side, so work in different folders at once, also in the cloud!
9) in the catalog you have different views, such as calendar, location and on keyword
10) everybody can use Zonerama, their free unlimited online photo and album storage, but with Photo Studio it's integrated, which offers unique possibilities like editing directly online! And you can upload RAW and unlimited video too!
11) speaking of video: Photo Studio has a well-equipped video editor on board
12) you can create panoramas, photo books, HDR, collages, 3d and more
13) spice up every photo with dynamic lighting and Tonemapping!
14) good support

Is there nothing left to wish for?
Of course there is, nothing is completely perfect. My most urgent wishes:
a) a smartphone app
b) more efficient search online in Zonerama and preferably also on user level!

Satisfaction, good photo editor

I have used Zoner for a long time. I've tried other basic to medium photo editors but I always come back to Zoner. It's very easy to use especially for minor touch-ups.

I've been a semi-professional photographer for over 30 years now, and I've used a lot of programs in that time. Some of them have very simplistic tools, others you feel like you need to have a degree in rocket science to operate them, the learning curve is that big. With Zoner, you have the right blend of presets, auto corrections and multiple layer support that enables you to do all you might do - to make a good photo even better. And with the advent of AI, I've now found another use for it - to make minor edits to AI generated text to image pictures that have minor hand or face defects. Best of all - the price is so competitive I would now choose no other. Try the free version first and you'll soon be glad to upgrade. I hope you found this review useful and that soon, like me, you'll be spending hours to your heart's content learning how to master Zoner Photo Studio.

Excellent software suite! I would recommend it to both the beginner and the advanced photographer. It uses layers and many other features, it even makes it easy to manage your photo library. I can't state enough how much I recommend this software studio.

La mia esperienza su ZPS è un'esperienza molto logica e possiamo dire naturale, e con questo intendo che usando spesso e volentieri il computer per almeno 10 volte devo incrociare ZPS per risolvere immagini che altrimenti non saprei assolutamente come fare.
possiamo dirlo nel modo più chiaro possibile, ZPS è un programma assolutamente non dico indispensabile, perchè sarebbe una cosa almeno di questi tempi, fuori programma. I clienti che usano spesso immagini sul computer, non c'è vorrei dire il 100%che questa immagine non debba essere riqualificata o adattata al mio pensiero di quando l'ho scattata. sono una persona adulta, per cui dire che ZPS è un grande programma, molto vicino a chi lo usa. per cui possiamo dire, benvenuto ZPS

I really wish Zoner Photo can provide a comprehensive help file. It is not excatly user friendly for beginner with zero knowledge on photo editing.
Many of the time we just do know how to get started, dont even mention how to get it done.
In the YouTube channel, probably you can provide the materail for the user to practise.

I currently own On1, Topaz, Photoshop, Lightroom, DXO, Luminar Leo, Luminar AI, Aurora HDR, Affinity. The Zoner, imho, is a rather newcomer to graphic software.

I bought 6 months ago and am still learning Kool tools plus some tools are better in Zone Photo Studio their photo manager is fast. The presets are fewer than other older software but I have collected (for free) quite a few AI presets since buying. There are more coming, I would think. Also, videos on training are coming out regularly. It is reasonably safe to say that you get more than you pay for.

Buy or not buy BUY

My needs are average and color vision not so good (I can see, but I can't define well). I can do anything I want, from everyday family and travel color photography to documentary and street photography. I am very grateful to the creators and developers of this software because I really don't need anything else. I have used several other software before finding Zoner over 10 years ago. Since I started using Zoner, I haven't thought about giving it up.

After trying many photo management programs, I can say that the best one for me is Zoner Photo Studio. Mainly for the simplicity of organizing the photos, and also for the editing part. I consider it a complete program and I like very much the useful tutorial emails.

I am using Zoner for many years now and I loved it. It is simple to use and each time they make an upgrade it is to easy up the software.

The whole design of the programme (UK spelling) is so dramatic that it enables a 'lightbox view' of the images you may wish to work on. The simple 'Develop' module is really clear and concise allowing for easy editing. And the 'Editor' module allows more precise editing including the removal of background to isolate a subject to create a .png file
