ZONLI is a Floor Living brand inspired by traditional Japanese tatami and futon mattresses, reimagined for modern living with a focus on comfort and support. Starting with floor sleeping, we’ve built a complete floor-sleeping ecosystem and are continually exploring new possibilities for life closer to the ground. Our thoughtfully designed products range from futon mattresses and tatami mats to floor seating, low-profile bed frames, and furniture. By combining comfort, ergonomic support, and modern aesthetics, we help people create spaces that feel more flexible, functional, and open. We believe living closer to the ground is more than a different way to sleep. It’s a way of life—one that embraces simplicity, makes better use of space, and leaves more room for what matters. When life becomes simpler, there’s more room for comfort, balance, and connection. Closer to the Ground. Closer to Life.

We love our floor mattress
We love our floor mattress. We have 3 little kids and use it daily. The kids love playing on it, napping, and sleeping. I love that it’s so easy to move from room to room and I can easily roll it up to store when cleaning or when we need empty floor space.
We use this as our guest bed also and I love how convenient it is for a bed when we don’t have a dedicated guest space.

Little kid house must have!
We love using our mat for so many things! We have three toddlers and it gets used in so many ways, from using it for fort building to a floor bed for our older two toddlers. I love how much Zonli cares about what materials they use from the products too. This means so much to me and my family!

Bed is comfortable, the zippers on the cover broke. Cheaply made, that's my only complaint.

Great futon and service
The futon shipped quickly, customer service was great, and the product was as described. Keep in mind the 2” is quite firm. So, if you’re looking for softer, I recommend going to one of the thicker options.

Hi Daniela,
Thank you for sharing this.
We're so glad to hear that both setting it up and putting it away felt easy. We made sure both the 2.5" and 4" options come with a storage bag. When it's put away, it doesn't take up much room—it gives your space a little more breathing room, and that makes home feel more open and comfortable. Knowing it's genuinely useful and easy to live with in your home really means a lot to us.
That kind of easy, flexible comfort is exactly what we hope to bring into a home. And it's what we've always wanted to do: not just a mattress, but a simpler, calmer way to rest at home. Comfort doesn't have to be complicated.
Best,
Zonli Home Team
HORRIBLE SERVICE
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a set on 09/03/2026. The communication I received stated that my mattress was on pre-order and that it's eta would be 09/07/2026. I was ok with that. My order came and I didn't not receive the Cocoshield Tatami mat that comes with it. So I reach out, no answer reach out again and the respond to say that if I review my order it clearly states that my item is on pre-order. So as a good customer who keeps great records I sent them screenshots showing that statement to be incorrect, that the mat has a note that says"preparing item for shipping". And the mattress has a note that says"item is pre-order and will ship when it comes in, ETA 09/07/2026.
They responded to say that it will not ship until 09/30/26, I responded to say well in that case I'd like a 50% refund on the mat and an apology. Them some other CS emails and says "thanks for your purchase, it'll ship soon".
Nope, unacceptable, you're now going to be flammed on everyone one of your platforms until I get an apology and a refund and my mat.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for sharing this, and we’re truly sorry. This is not the experience we want you to have.
We’ve reviewed your order and the screenshots you sent. The pre-order information on the page was not displayed clearly enough. That’s our mistake, and it caused exactly the confusion you described. We’ve flagged this to the relevant team to adjust the page.
We’ve also specially sourced the missing Cocoshield Tatami mat from another channel and arranged shipment for you. It’s being processed now. The resolution options have also been sent to the email on your order—please check when you have a moment.
We take your experience seriously and want to make sure this is properly resolved. Again, our apologies, Chris.
Best,
Zonli Home Team
